I have a 180lb. Saint Bernard who wears a 30” choker chain. I wanted a nice leash that I wouldn’t have to worry about him snapping it. I bought a cheaper brand when he was a puppy that he broke by the time he was 2 years old. This leash is designed like that one but with better materials. It is very well-made. Only complaint is that I wish there was a sewn-in slot to feed a carbiner through on the end of the handle. I got the add-on handle for when I want to make sure I have control of him. Highly suggest having one for any dog that is strong and unharnessed! Price is definitely worth it since it’ll last his lifetime and then some. Wish I bought a nicer one from the get.

This is the best lead I’ve ever had. Works great when walking and when I need to strap my dog to me when in her harness. It’s easy to clip on and release no matter the situation and never have to worry about the clip releasing on it’s own. The adjustability and locking carabiner is a nice touch as it allows me to set the lead length and clip it to my person or other objects.

I love the 1″ Alpha Elite Leash! It’s made really well but the best part is the Leash clip. It’s really smooth and easy to clip on the collar and supper easy to take off. I like they put the pull strength in the description. I have a 65 LB german shepherd pup and she can pull. It’s made in the USA and they give a veterans discount as well. I got nothing bad to say about their products. Glad I found them.
