Gorilla Ballistic orthopedic covers are extremely durable, rugged, strong, and puncture-resistant. Gorilla Ballistic is made with extremely dense fibers and features a special inner coating that prevents dust, mold, mildew, and odor from penetrating the mattress. It is the toughest; most chew-resistant dog bed on the market. Period. All our dog beds feature military spec Velcro enclosures on the underside. The enclosure makes removing and putting the cover back on as easy as possible. Our gorilla Ballistic line of beds is the best choice for dogs who like to chew and destroy their beds. We are the only dog bed company that uses a true triple stitch seam for durability and strength.

Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting polyfill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam mattresses and crate pads are NOT. Orthopedic mattresses should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately and not with any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Liners should be washed unzipped and open to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum can also be used.

Great job as always, really love the strong fabric and how you put care into stitching. We all know it’s made in USA, but many may not appreciate the quality you get. This is not the unraveling and cheap material you find with made in China. I am your customer for life.

You need indestructible beds that have walls. My small dog destroys regular beds and he enjoys having is head held up by a wall in bed. If there was a way to make a bed like this one with walls, I would buy that one. Thank you for making beds for dogs that eat everything. His nickname is Hannibal Dexter for a reason! Also, if you could make a bed smaller than your current smallest size that would be appreciated. The one we have takes up most of his crate.

We ordered the Gorilla bed over 18 months ago for a tough chewer who tore thru every other bed we tried. Brutus has lightly chewed the corners on the Gorilla bed, so we decided to recover it so it would look nicer. The new cover is a perfect fit, and he hasn’t chewed it at all! We highly reccomend this product. Yes it is pricey. But we have in fact saved money as we likely have purchased the last bed Brutus will ever need. Thanks for a fantastic product that was everything as promised!!

Hi, I have a 93lb Husky mix, who makes holes in all of his beds. I bought 2 bed covers is 6 months from another company. Then I found Gorilla dog beds. I got the gorilla cover for the bed he has. There is no holes. I have had it for 1 month. He had tried to make holes. I wish I found this sooner!

I was very pleased with the durability of the cover I ordered for an old, chewed dog bed that still had life. My two dogs who would eat the house if left to their devices, could not put a hole into this cover.

Our dogs tend to “nest” heavily before laying down so I found these covers to cover ripped but otherwise good dog beds. I started with two covers 3 years ago or so and just bought 2 more (one is stuffed with a nice old sleeping bag). They are definitely well made in my opinion, tough and hold up. Every day, consistent use shows expected softening of the fabric but no scratches due to nesting. Hair wipes off easily. I got new ones to cover two dog beds in our bedroom where, unfortunately, I found the necessary tough fabric is a bit noisy. Other than that, definitely a very good cover and I haven’t gone wrong with any of the 3 solid colors we’ve gotten – I recently chose light brown for a lighter look which worked. No problems ordering, shipping, using.
