Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Dog bed is super high quality. I could not afford the biggest size so I got one that my dog just about fits on which his fine since he is not always in his crate. However, when he is I no longer have to worry about him chewing and eating his bed. Glad I made the purchase!

We have a 1 1/2 boxer, that was chewing holes in every thing (no matter how many chew toys she had) that was put in the crate for comfort. I hated seeing her lie on the plastic liner. Loved the fact that we were able to secure to the bottom of crate. It is exactly as promised, and she now chews on her toys.

We are greatly impressed with the quality of the crate pad cover. The cover is beautifully sewn and the stitching detail is sharp, overall it is quite sturdy. It took both of us to get the pad into the cover. We installed the pad into the dog crate the day we received it. Occasionally The Dog scratches at it, and I think he is trying to move “a blanket” around because that’s what he does if there is a blanket or towel in there with him. He has not attemped to chew the pad. Most dog beds and crate pads would have been history by now. I know because in the 3 1/2 years we have had The Dog, he has chewed up at least 20 beds and pads, and innumerably human bed pillows and blankets. We are holding out hope that the Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad cures The Dog of his terrible chewing behavior. Thank you so much!

Some time back I purchased a crate pad and an extra cover. The quality of these products is far beyond any other brands I’ve purchased. I originally purchased these items for their durability, and they have not disappointed. Due to seasonal shedding and pet allergies, I recently learned an equally important feature that I have not seen advertised. My dog’s fur does not stick to these covers which makes vacuuming the fur off of them a snap. Another aspect that I did not expect was how well they clean up with a damp cloth. This means I can go longer without having to machine wash them. Having experienced the difference with the quality and cleanability of the products, I gave away my other crate pads and beds and purchased a Gorilla’s Ortho bed. So I placed my order and replied to the email receipt with a question. I wanted to know if the bed cover was made of the same material as the crate pad. I was so impressed with the first cover, I wanted to make sure this one was the same. It is, only the real point was the great and prompt customer service I received the very next morning, and I got all my questions answered. Gorllia Dog Beds are not only the toughest on the planet, their the absolute best!
