We allow returns on orders within the first 30 days of receipt of the item(s). Returns must be clean, unused, and cannot be damaged. Please contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization number. A 20% restocking fee is charged to pay for the cost of shipping on returns. We will send you a FedEx or UPS shipping label to take to a FedEx location or UPS location of your choice for the return. Please note, we can only send return labels to customers in the United States and Canada only. All other international customers are responsible for shipping back the return with a carrier of their choice. Use this link to find your nearest FedEx location. Please note, we will provide a return label only if the return is sent back to us in the original box. If you do not have the original box, we cannot provide a return label, and you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us with a carrier of your choice.
Custom embroidery items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges for K9 Gear (Chains, Collars, Leashes, training collars, & Pet Fences)
We are happy to exchange all our K9 Gear products within 30 days after you receive your order. The 20% restocking fee will be waived if another order is placed in exchange. Items that are used or damaged will not be accepted for credit. Pet fence boxes cannot be opened and must be shipped back completely. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Shipping & Receiving Information
Gorilla Dog Beds® offers free shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States with a minimum order of $75.00. Please keep in mind that we manufacture to order and the typical lead time to ship is 4 to 6 business days. We offer an expedited shipping option that will speed your order up in production time. Your order will also ship with the fastest shipping method depending on your location if the expedited shipping option is chosen. In most cases 2-3 days in transit. The free shipping option can take up to 6 days in transit. We also ship worldwide at a discounted rate. Please note that orders over $300 require a signature. Please note that any issues with orders in regards to transport damage, defects, or wrong order fulfillment must be brought up to our attention within 10 days of receiving your order.

Our dog beds and crate pads are made of the most durable and highest-quality materials on the market. However, the 125-day chew-proof guarantee is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and kennel pads only. Nothing is 100%, but we do have about a 94% success rate with chewing dogs in our Gorilla Ballistic line. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement cover free of charge. The one-time warranty does not include the mattress or a refund of the product and is valid for 125 days after you receive your package.
If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog to ensure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. Please note that international customers with the exception of Canada will have to pay shipping for the replacement cover offered at a discounted rate. Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
To process a warranty claim, create an account on our website. In the top left corner, click on the ‘My Account’ icon. There will be a tab on the left side of the screen that says ‘Warranty Claim.’ Click on the tab and complete the form to submit your warranty request.
