Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Our puppy has destroyed all other beds but can’t destroy this one. She spent about a hour digging at it then gave up and now sleeps on it comfortably. She bad an accident on it one night but it was super easy to clean up and did not leave any lasting damage. 10/10, would recommend for anyone looking to pamper their pooch.

I first installed the pad with the tray still in the kennel. I strapped it down on the sides but my dog was able to get the one of the straps off and chewed a hole in the corner. I then removed the tray and strapped the pad to the bottom of the kennel and so far he hasn’t done any further damage.

My one year old Vizsla ripped apart three dog beds in one week before I got this one. My husband guesstimates I’ve spent $500 on various dog beds since we got her. She loved tearing off zippers and pulling out stuffing or digging foam and shredding the covers. This bed is super durable. The fact that it’s tied to the crate keeps her from ripping seams and she doesn’t try to dig in it anymore. She went through her first heat and the cover was super easy to clean. It looked less comfortable than the super thick or fluffy beds, but it seems like she prefers it. I would highly recommend this dog bed.

I don’t know how you did it…we’ve gone this long with no chewing at all. If there’s such a thing as chew repellent, this bed must have it built in! Each day I come home & am shocked that our girl has not touched this bed. Knock on wood I hope this continues as we could not be happier with the product and service.
