Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

We have a Wolf/German Shepard mix, In his first year he has ripped up EVERYTHING we have put in his kennel plus dog chew toys, remotes, shoes, socks and even a toy that was tested on tigers, that one lasted almost 10 days. Most crate pads, or blankets we put in his kennel were chewed to shreds overnight. His Gorilla Bed had been PERFECT. 3 weeks in and he has not made a hole or tear at all. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it highly.

My guy is pretty destructive when he’s left in his crate all day while my wife and I are at work. He has made multiple beds and blankets explode prior to this! I believe this bed is made of high quality materials. This dog bed will stand up to most dogs. My dog is not most dogs however. I have a 150 lb one and a half year old Great Dane. When he decides to destroy something … it is getting destroyed. This bed lasted about 15 with my dog before he destroyed it. Again this does not reflect on the quality of the dog bed … more on the destructive ability of my dog. If your dog is not a super destroyer like mine then I highly recommend this product. If you dog is a super destroyer like mine he is going to destroy anything that gets put in his crate with him … period!

This crate pad is fantastic and definitely worth the price. I bought an X-Large Gorilla Ballistic Crate Pad for my “Professional Digger and Chewer” 14 month old, 110 lbs Dogo Argentino. She has chewed every single bed before in just a few minutes, but so far this one seems the mission impossible! I installed the pad on the crate on August 15, over two months now, and so far she has only broken two of the tie down straps. These velcro straps really make the trick, so make sure they are very well secured as instructed. It perfectly fits the crate, the material is great that wipes down very easily, very well made, awesome quality and perfect stitching. And most important: is durable, comfortable and chew proof! I highly recommend this crate pad.

I was skeptical at first, needless to say my 8 month Mal/Shepherd rescue was going through everything I gave him. I had resorted to not putting anything in his crate because he would destroy and eat everything given. Feeling bad, I shelled out the extra cash and after reading many reviews figured I give this a try. I’m so glad I did! It’s been day 8 now and he has tried so hard to destroy it but having the tie down straps has made it indestructible so far. Fingers crossed it continues to make it through his puppy stage.
