Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

We bought one of your crate pads, with an extra cover. Yes, the items are pricey. But they are worth every penny. My Ridgeback, who never had seen a dog bed or crate pad that wasn’t an inviting meal, has not even tried to chew on the pad or cover we purchased from you. They are worth their weight in gold. I can’t imagine a better, more ingenious system. Oh, did I mention that my dog loves getting into his crate to stretch out or curl up on his new pad. Thanks tons!

So the only reason I won’t give this a 5 star boils down one things: If you don’t clip off the logo tag on the cover, and your dog gets a hold of it, they will tear through the cover. Took her a long time to do it (pad was soaking wet with drool), but she managed to get a small hole, pad was safe though. Luckily, these guys honor their warranty and sent a replacement cover. Other than that, this pad is amazing. Once i got it strapped down in the crate, she really enjoys it. I throw a little blanket in there for a little extra comfort and she’s a happy dog. I messed up and ordered a size too small (got a small when I needed a medium) but as a small dog, she’s fine, just doesn’t fill the crate all the way. Will most likely order the bigger size for her christmas present. Measure the crate, strap it down, and clip the tag amd enjoy this chew proof product. 10/10 would recommend

This is the first dog bed that my 10 month old Labrador retriever hasn’t shredded! So far so good after one month of use. He tried to chew it the first day we put it into his crate, but he gave up quickly when he realized it is indestructable. He sleeps soundly all night long!

Very well made bed, fits nice and snug in the crate so I didn’t need to use the Velcro straps to attach it. That makes it easy to remove when we put her in the crate if we go out in the evening.. that’s when she likes to destroy her beds because she’s mad that we left her alone! And it’s easy to put back in when we get back so she’s nice and comfortable for bedtime. They aren’t lying about the military grade Velcro… I could barely open it when I was putting the foam mattress inside!

We run a dog transport business which requires us to take dogs across the country. We recently made a run from Florida to California and had a destructive dog on board. We started her off on a brand new “Kong durable crate mat pad”. This proved to be a bad idea, by the end of the first day of travel it had a huge tear in it from the constant scratching and biting. We then switched her over to a Gorilla mat. She scraped, scratched and bit on and off for at least 2-3 hours. She eventually gave up after being defeated. The mat was in perfect condition and proved to live up to it’s reputation. We plan on adding more Gorilla mats as they have proven to withstand hours of punishment. Very happy with this purchase and we will be purchasing more as we grow our business.
