Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I wanted a bed that was more like a crate pad and this one is perfect. Our puppy doesn’t try to chew it. It has a low profile yet provides her with cushion. She loves it. Our only problem is we want another for her other crate, but we are afraid she will soon need a larger crate and since these are expensive we are going to wait until she has stopped growing. We will be purchasing another.

This bed is great! We rescued our most recent dog without being able to meet him due to COVID restrictions where we live. Turns out he is a power chewer! Because of this, for the first couple of weeks, the new guy was just sleeping on the plastic tray of the crate because he would chew anything else. That made for loud nights when he would walk in circles to get comfortable again in the middle of the night. Both the dog and us are getting a better night sleep now! We know he is safe on his gorilla bed and he is more comfortable. He actually needed some encourage to come out of the crate the first morning he slept on his new bed!

I had ordered the Ballistic Tough Orthopedic bed for our dog Rocky. He has a tendency to destroy every bed/blanket we have ever placed in his crate. The Ballistic Tough Orthopedic bed is as advertised! It has high quality stitching, a thick cover that closes with Velcro and a zipper and a mattress protector. The mattress itself is soft and comfortable. It also comes with loops and Velcro straps (we utilized zip ties suggested from another review) as Rocky had a tendency to flip the previous mattresses, find the opening and destroy it. This bed is tough, durable, comfortable and overall a fantastic product. The company itself is top notch. I live in Canada and ordered the mattress, the order was shipped promptly but at some point a shipping label had fallen off and the CBSA at the border refused its entry and requested additional information. FedEx was useless in resolving the matter. I contacted Gorilla Dog Beds and received several email updates of their tireless advocacy and attempts to try to get the product to me. When it seemed to stagnate they simply said they would ship a new mattress free of charge. Their prompt responses, advocacy for their consumer and willingness to sort out the situation was refreshing and surprising. Truly a top notch product and company.
