Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

We’ve had the bed a couple of weeks and so far we couldn’t be happier. We have a 1 year old German Shepherd / Husky who has, thus far, torn ever other bed to shreds. The Gorilla dog bed has already outlasted every other one we’ve tried!! Definitely worth the price! Our friends own our dogs sister and they are placing their order soon!

Our 9 m.o. Lab mix pup (AKA “The Velociraptor”), the same dog who destroyed a half dozen other dog cushions and crate pads — including a couple of “chew resistant” ones — in short order, hasn’t yet put so much as a tooth mark into this crate pad! I have high hopes it will survive her puppyhood even if nothing else in the house does.

Every pad I have ever bought for my dogs is usually destroyed within days. This custom crate pad is still like new. No matter how much they chew dig and scratch at it, it still looks brand new. And the fit is perfect. I built a custom crate to keep both my big dogs in comfortably sent the measurements in and when I got it placed it right in and fits perfect! I love it and so do my fur babies but most of all I’m not cleaning up a fury of fluff every day!

Had for over a year. Would give 4.5 stars but cannot, just would like the pad a little thicker for our dog. Cover washes very well with followed instruction. Stood up well to our dog who was previously destructive. Dog has vomitted on pad cover and wipes fairly clean, stains come out in wash usually. No damage noted on cover up to this point and pad doesn’t seem to be deformed or lost its shape at all. Our dog loves it and sleeps on it every night in his kennel. Would buy again.

We purchased two gorilla beds and they are awesome. The only complaint is that the company says if you don’t use the straps to strap the beds down then they won’t warranty them, so we used the straps and then our Great Dane puppy proceeded to rip all the straps off of her bed (the bed is still ok). But other than that we love them.

Just put the bed into my pups kennel this week. So far good. At first she didn’t seem to like the feel but has gotten use to it and runs to her kennel and gets in with no problem. She usually chews up her beds within the first two months but since she can not get it to lift up to chew it hoping is will continue to be this way. So far love it but the verdict is still out on if she can destroy it……
