Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

We bought one of these for our pitbull puppy’s bedroom crate after he chewed up and dug through several other crate pads. He loved it and he hasn’t been able to destroy it in almost a year. We now also have one in the living room and just bought a third for the patio.

Willow is enjoying her crate pad immensely. Sprawls out in her crate like she is on a bed and I think she is really comfortable. She has chewed the last 2 pads that we had in her crate, but not this one. Has not even tried to chew it and I think the straps help a lot since she can’t pull up the corners. If this lasts it is well worth the price. Just hope I haven’t jinxed myself by writing this review! :)

This dog chews up everything. Not this he loves this bed. The only part he went after was the straps used to attach it. I removed them and used zip ties and Jack is a happy 1 yr old Border Collie McNab. It’s been at least a month now and no damage at all. This bed is not in a crate it is in a 4×6 kennel and somedays M-F he will spend 8 hrs in it.

I have a 6 month old 76 lbs Large Breed Bernedoodle. He is a heavy chewer. He destroyed the toughest toys we could buy and tore up 3 beds. Two of the beds were KONG. The KONG bed outer material was similar to the Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad. This Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad is is worth the money. After 4 weeks there is not a chew mark to be seen. The pad is thicker than most crate pads, which for orthopedic reasons, is better for a large breed dog’s developing joints. What makes this pad successful is strapping it down to the floor of the kennel with the supplied Velcro straps. The dog can’t prop up the mattress to chew it. Great product!
