Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

This is my second purchase of a gorilla dog bed. Over the years I have purchased multiple indestructible dog beds, and have been seriously disappointed each time. I spent a large amount of money on a competitors bed that was deceptively made and shipped from China. It was pure garbage! I can’t say enough good about the high quality of the materials and manufacture of the gorilla dog crate pad. I have had the first one for over a year and it is still in perfect condition. It cleans and washes beautifully. The mattress is well protected inside and stays like brand new! It is easy to spot clean. I bought a second bed for a back up to rotate out when washing the bed cover. Most importantly, my Chesapeake loves her bed, and clearly sleeps very comfortably on it. I couldn’t recommend more highly!

My young GSD destroyed every crate pad I tried, and was working on the crate’s plastic bottom tray as well. I decided to risk the price of a Gorilla pad, and over two years later it’s still holding up to her nightly digging sessions! I’ll soon buy a replacement cover to have on hand in case she someday succeeds in her quest to rip a hole in it (and to make cleaning easier). “Ballistic Tough” indeed!

This dog bed has worked as promised, my young bull terrier has gone through so many beds and I was feeling very frustrated. I came across this company and the tie down system has been the key! Not to mention the density has passed my elbow test. Ensuring that her elbows won’t touch the ground when laying down. I’m very impressed. If you were having second thought…..run don’t walk to checkout one of these beds!

Very happy with the product. My dog hasn’t managed to pull up the corners or sides to get chewing at them yet. The straps are a good addition. Easy to clean as well. A little expensive especially with the conversion to CAD but I think we will have this Crate Pad for years to come.
