Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Excellent chew proof pad! Love all Gorilla dog beds! This is our 3rd one we have purchased! We have a wonderful blue heeler who loves to chew anything with material… this pad gives us piece of mind if our pup has to be left on her own for a little bit 👍🏽 Absolutely recommend! Only thing is our new crate is in between sizes so we went with the larger size unfortunately it doesn’t even fit into the crate as it’s too large…big disappointment as these beds are not cheap. We live in Canada so shipping costs here and back all add up. I would recommend sizing down if you are in between sizes so it fits in the crate.

I ordered this crate liner for a chewy, scratchy puppy. When a small package came I thought “oh no, what did I do?” Once opened it REALLY puffs up! He loves it and often just goes in his crate to lay on it! Great product!

Our puppy had destroyed 2 beds before we decided to go with a gorilla bed. Ironically enough, our puppy couldn’t find a weak spot to exploit, despite her best efforts and has since given up on trying to eat her bed. Pretty nice result, in my opinion. I’d definitely buy another gorilla bed and likely will buy one of the orthopedic beds when she’s done growing.

We have a Miniature Schnauzer that has destroyed other beds and crate pads in a matter of hours. Yours still looks like brand new after 30 days. He gave up even trying after a couple of days. My pup found traditional sherpa crate beds too hot and used to dig them up, chew them, and mostly slept on the pen floor outside his crate. He loves his gorilla crate pad, can indulge his digging impulses without doing any damage (no eating fluff…) and it is cool enough for him to sleep on comfortably. It’s also great to know how easy it is to wash and dry, and that there’s a moisture resistant liner to protect the inner cushion.
