Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Gorilla bed appears comfortable but nothing to chew on. My digger and chewer destroyed multiple pads and blankets, but gorilla bed is still intact. What a stress reducer!!!

Our Gorilla crate pad has been worth every penny. Our 18 month old Chocolate Lab is a wild child! She is a digger and chewer, having destroyed 2 other brand dog crate pads/beds. I bought a Gorilla crate pad over a year ago and she has not so much as made a scratch or tear in it and she loves sleeping on it in her crate. She’ll often go in it on her own during the day. At bedtime, we have to tell her, “leave it” because she is digging at it. We have it strapped to her crate so she can’t flip it. Even with her digging and scratching at it until we correct that behavior, and she has not left a mark on it. We will never buy another product but a Gorilla dog crate pad again. They’re worth every single penny. Well over a year’s use and still in perfect condition.

Duke has destroyed 3 crate beds. Gorilla Bed is the only one NOT destroyed so far. The bed is holding up well. There are no loose parts for him to obsessively chew. Duke is an 8 month old lab/hound mix & chews everything.

this is a great crate bed, I have gone through countless beds, blankets and sheets in the 10 month my beagle has been alive. I always feel bad that he lies on just the plastic crate bottom as he has chewed everything I have put in there. This mat is the best I’ve found but my dog and still wear through it after a while. I built a PVC frame to go around the edges so she can’t chew through the corners. This trick extended the life of the pad and I recommend this to others.

My dog which is more like a wolf and is a super chewer. I have purchased about 4 crate pads from other companies that have been destroyed and shredded in minutes. I was referred to Gorilla Dog Beds by my vet. I was initially going to purchase a metal frame bed from another company and was suggested not to by my vet. He told me of several horror stories of a dog that caught and broke his leg between the metal frame and the crate wall. All I can say is that I am so happy I went with his recommendation. This pad is durable, very well made ,and more comfortable for my dog then any type of metal frame bed by far. It is very durable and resists damage through scratching and chewing. The tie down system with the straps provided are fantastic at keeping the pad secured to the crate floor. I Very happy with this purchase!
