Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

My little princesses are so used to plushy crate pads that we are having a bit of a stand off regarding the new pads. They are definitely cushy enough to be comfortable, but they are not going to be a chew toy. I have added one of their blankets to the crate and one of them is finally using the crate for naps. This is a long term solution for us that will work out well. Looking to buy one more.

We have a Lab that chews on everything. We have been through 2 expensive beds from another company. Arlo chewed them up. So I saw the Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Crate Bed. We liked that it fit in the crate very tightly and that it had Velcro tie downs. It is also easy to vacuum dog hair off and also very easy to wipe down. We are very satisfied and it’s the best since Arlo can’t take a bite out of it!!

I have large dogs that are masterful at destroying beds, even those that claim to be chew proof or dig proof. I took a chance on one of these last year and I can say that it has held up to a dog who made short work of other high quality beds. The quality led me to buy two more. This is one dang tough dog bed! We have a 10 month old puppy who is just down right DESTRUCTIVE. She tries to tear up just about anything, especially all of the beds/blankets we have put in her crate (which she also destroyed before getting a heavy duty steel crate (which she also managed to beat up and escape out of once)). But the Gorilla bed has stopped her in her tracks! Great material and truly durable. Highly recommend to anybody else who wants their pup to be comfortable but also knows they can’t be trusted with any normal bed/blanket.
