Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

These are the second set of dog beds we’ve purchased. The Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad, is the only crate pad that has lasted for our 2 Great Danes. Quality is best we’ve seen and there made right here in the USA! Keep up the good work.

We bought these for our impact crates. They fit perfectly. Very well made and the cover was very simple to put on the cushion. Great customer service We have pugs so they likely won’t put the durability pf they to the test but they are soft and easy to clean the hair off of them.

This bed has stayed in place, my dog tried to dig up the corner with no success. I did have trouble with the zip ties. They sent short ones and long ones. My wire corners on the bottom of the crate didn’t align exactly to the tabs so I needed longer zip ties. Don’t have every corner tied down in the corner. Had to use some shorter ties. Used all 8 that were sent. Think it’s secure. Happy with the cushion and cover

We have one seriously voracious black lab puppy that has destroyed three beds, two of which were Kong beds. We installed the tie downs (a great idea) and so far she hasn’t been able to get a hold on any part of the mat to cause any damage. So far I’d say the crate mat is as good as advertised.

She probably gets bored and decided to chew her crate pads. Went through five of them, switching brands and styles and nothing seemed to stand up to her. GREAT product! After our 8 month old rescue pup ripped up numerous other beds and we learned he has a tendency to eat the pieces, we splurged on this. The straps were a little tricky to affix to the bottom of the crate, but once it’s secure, it works great! He is comfy in his crate and we have piece of mind that he isn’t going to make himself sick eating bedding pieces. We liked it so much that we bought a second one for our other dog.

These beds are so well made. They are very strong and have velcro straps to hold them in the dog crate. My aggressive chewers have not been able to get through them. The customer service at Gorilla Ballistic is outstanding! I am very impressed with the company and the quality of their products.
