Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Just purchased a Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad. We have two new Mini-Schnauzer Puppies, who shredded the previous orthopedic dog bed, cover and foam base, to tiny pieces. The Gorilla Orthopedic Dog Bed has been ‘bulletproof’; try as they might, our Mini-Schnauzers have not been able to put a dent into the covering of this orthopedic dog bed. The price is well worth it. Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad is a highly recommended purchase, especially for Puppies who are prone to chew, rip, and tear!

My German shepherd would destroy her beds in one night and some times as quick as an hour. Had this for over a month and so far so good. It is very important to make sure to get the exact size. With the tie downs and it fitting tight it makes it hard for her to get at the corners and she gave up trying

So we have had our Gorilla Dog bed for about 4 weeks now and so far it is the only thing that our maniacal Goldendoodle puppy hasn’t destroyed within days if not seconds. H has tested the bed in each of the corners (he’s too smart for our own good) and constantly scratches/digs at it but has yet to make a dent. Love it. The only advice I would give however, is not to use the straps that come with the bed but rather use strong zip ties (cable ties) and make them as tight as you can. That will keep the mattress solid up against the floor. The straps – no matter how tight you make them – won’t hold tight enough (our boy was able to loosen one of them and started chewing through it). Use zip ties to hold it down and you will have a solid comfortable mattress for your loving pooch – no matter how crazy he/she may be.

This is the second bed for our dog. The first one lasted for three years before she eventually was able to dig a hole into it. These beds are incredibly tough – the time for our dog to destroy a normal bed is less than three minutes, so three years is a long time for a bed to hold up!

Cooper, our 90# chocolate lab, has had his Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad for a couple of months now and it has worked well for him. We’ve not yet attempted to wash the cover nor to put it back upon the foam pad so cannot comment on that aspect. However, he’s comfortable & there are no signs of weak thread nor flawed stitching.
