Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

We’ve had the ballistic crate pad a week and it’s still in one piece!! This is the only crate pad that has lasted this long. I purchased the bed and hope it is as good as the pad! Thank you for coming up with a product my little girl can not destroy!!!

I have spent many hundreds of dollars on crate pads for my dog who has destroyed everything until now. I have tried all the others one out there with no success. During one visit to my Vet I mentioned the issue I was having with my dog and he suggested that I look at Gorilla Dog Beds. I ordered the 42×28 and could tell the minute I opened the box that this pad was like no other. The materials and workmanship was second to none and it fit perfectly in my dogs crate. The ties down straps were simple and really are effective in keeping the pad secured. The pad is comfortable, and extremely well made and durable.. My search is over. I have a 100 lb yellow lab/white german shepherd mix. He’s 2 yrs old and has only had about 2 months of not chewing anything in his kennel since we adopted him at 8 months of age from a lab rescue. He loves his Gorilla Kennel Pad and has not even tried to chew or dig it. He seems to appreciate finally having a cushion again in his 48” kennel. It was hard to strap down onto the kennel but once done, it hasn’t moved. I think it needs to be about 1 inch longer since it doesn’t actually fit all the way from one side to the next inside the kennel. I let it expand for 3 days but it still doesn’t fit exactly.

So, when our 8month old puppy tore up her last bed, we knew it was time for a different style all together because namely..it being the third bed that she went thru. Initially, we questioned the reliability and strength of this brand, because of #1 the cost and #2 the mixed reviews. When we received it, it came with clear instructions on assembly and use which helped, but once we set it in our puppies crate, she adjusted to it with zero aggression and disobedience.. So to complete this review, I would suggest and refer anyone who has the same similar situations that my wife and I did and to tell them to go for the last bed for your loved one that will last many many years to come!! This is such an amazing brand! When i first got my dog, she was 4 weeks old and crewed on every blanket and every bed we got for her. My husband came across this chew proof dog bed on instagram and at first, we thought it was too good to be true but we were desperate… so we gave it a try. Of course, my pup tried and tried chewing it up and thankfully, she couldn’t get it. This is definitely a product i recommend for any one! I have a Pitbull/Labrador and now we don’t have to worry while we are at work if she is eating her bed or not.
