Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

So glad we bought this bed for our red heeler. It’s held up since we’ve purchased it – which has been several weeks now. We had purchased cheaper beds in the past which were torn within the first several hours of having it. Glad to report that he’s not even put one tiny knick in this bed! If you have a dog that chews this is a great bed to buy!

My boy has destroyed at least 7 other crate beds. Gorilla bed still intact. He has gotten to the hold down straps. Not sure that was design, my install, or the directions. Supposed to be 8 straps included I got 4. I have had to buy some extra reserve.

Can’t complain so far. It was made for the truck bed (inside the camper), and made well. I can tell our youngest husky tried chewing and clawing at it, but with no success. We do a lot of overlanding, so the dogs (all three) see mud and water often. This bed is holding up well with the conditions it’s put through. I’ll be having another special size made soon for our camper. Finally found a company with a great product. I give a big thumbs up 👍🏻

I didn’t have high hopes or expectations with this bed, since my dog is able to chew through anything in a matter of minutes, including stuff labeled as being appropriate for “power chewers” but I’ve been so pleased with this bed. I didn’t realize when i bought it that it has straps to secure it to her kennel so that she isn’t able to pull up the corners to chew on but i think that’s what’s made all the difference. She hasn’t even pawed at it furiously like she has with some of her other beds. It’s still early since we’ve only had the bed for a few weeks but so far I’m very impressed. I also spoke with support a few times and they were always super responsive and helpful.

My dog has destroyed every bed she’s ever had except this one. The one issue is she rarely lays on it. I’m not sure if she doesn’t like the material or if she is frustrated that she can’t chew on it. We’ve had it about a month now, so I’m hoping she warms up to it. Either way at least I know she won’t destroy her stomach eating this bed.

I reached out the Gorilla Dog Beds because i needed one of these crate pads in a hurry because my dog was recently diagnosed with a serious health issue (but she can also be destructive) and the customer service was great. I wanted my pup to be comfortable in her kennel as it is a safe place to contain her and this is certainly doing the job and, as a bonus, she hasn’t been able to murder it yet! I had some concerns for traction based on the nylon material – but this has not been an issue and she easily pops right up on it. Great product and costumer service – period.
