Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

My dog is the destroyer of all things soft, but not this bed! The kong bed lasted only hours before she started ripping it. I researched and bought the gorilla bed and it did not disappoint! Worth the price!

Great product! Our puppy destroyed 8 dog beds within 3 months prior to trying a gorilla bed and its lasted 4 months so far with zero issues (and think it’ll last forever at this point, given our past experiences). They are more expensive than others of course but you’ll actually save money in the long run if you have a destructive chewer! Wish we found this product sooner. Our pup is 10mo old now and already 80lbs…definitely a large dog that can do some damage but this bed is doing amazing. I think the biggest advantage is ability to strap it down from below so it never gives the dog an opportunity to scratch up a corner and start chewing out of bordeom/etc. which seemed to be our dogs issue. The overall strap design could use some slight improvement and 2 different strap lengths are provided but neither length was really perfect for our kennel wire layout but with a little creativity, you can make them work with most any kennel I assume. So far, so good!

I ordered this bed for our sweet German short haired pointer rescue, Rylee. We don’t know her full history, but she had a rough start. She took a long time to warm up and feel safe with us. The one thing she consistently did was chew her crate beds until there was nothing left… Cheap/ expensive, it didn’t matter. Well, here we go 2 weeks ago and move to a new house…. What could be more stressful for sweet but strong jawed Rylee? I ordered this bed prior to the move after reading the impressive reviews. Guess what??…. This bed looks as good as the day we bought it!!!… And Rylee has spent a lot of time in her crate… By choice as it’s her safe place. I am so happy with this!

we are so pleased with the bed we bought truly worth it. my two pups are 10 month old and only weigh 8 pounds apiece. They have managed to tear up 5 beds. I put one in the crate one evening and the matt didn’t make it thru the nite. The gorilla mate fits the crate beautifully and the pups haven’t been able to put a dent in it. We will always use the gorilla bed and I have told several friends about them/ Keep up the good work. Great product

Our Carolina dog 2 1/2 has destroyed blankets, dog beds, crate mats. All to bits. We ordered 2 gorilla beds for both dogs even though our male Doxie/beagle needed the softness of a regular soft dog bed. I knew there was a 125 day warranty. She didn’t destroy them!!! So when she chewed to bits her crate blankets I decided to give the gorilla crate pad a try. It’s been a few weeks and it’s still in one piece. This is a miracle. If you are frustrated like my husband and I give it a try

We have a one year old Corgi that is the most persistent chewer I have ever seen. Nothing could stand in the way of her determined chewing. Multiple dog beds, blankets, towels, rugs, woodwork, wallboard and countless dog toys have succumed to little miss Godzilla’s treachery. In researching pet beds, I saw the Gorilla Dog Beds name come up in reviews for other dog beds that met the same fate as ours. It would have been money well spent to have bought this bed first instead of hoping & praying our darling Bella would change her chewing ways with each of the other beds purchased. This Gorilla bed has totally changed our lives. She loves it and has not tried to chew it…to the best of our knowledge in not seeing any proof that she has. When we first got the new bed we attached it with the provided ties to her cage and tossed in her chewed up towels/softies to get her acclimated. She had no problems and we could tell instantly that she really enjoyed her new bed. Now after four weeks or so, we can attest that we have a full-fledged Bella approved winner for a dog bed. These Gorilla beds are well designed, well constructed and easy to assemble. The small 30×19 Ballistic Kennel & Crate bed fit her crate/cage perfectly. We bought the Gray with Pink thread color which is very stylish. If you are reading this review and still unsure of making a purchase, do yourself a favor and just buy this bed. Please don’t balk at the price as you will be money saved over all others in the long run. I just wish someone would have given us this sage advice a year ago.
