Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I called to confirm which size to get. And it fit perfectly as recommended. Our dog loves it! He scratched at first but gave up quickly. The bed is as tough as promised. The bottom straps are great. He can’t get the bed up when tries.

After going through a few so called “indestructible” crate pads, I resorted to just giving my dog just a shearling blanket as it was one thing he didn’t chew up or try to dig himself a hole to China..lol After a few months I decided to purchase another crate bed/pad and came across the Gorilla brand. I knew that they were a US based company and hoped that they had a reseller in Canada. Unfortunately they did not but decided to splurge and get one for my Brodie. Well it’s been just over a month and love the product; ballistic material with multiple stitching, the waterproof liner and the tie downs are somethings you don’t see on other pads/beds. For those of you In Canada hesitating on purchasing because of the price or exchange rate, don’t! It’ worth the money spent and defintely recommend !!

They were thoughtfully packaged. And it was easy to get the cover onto the padding. I wanted to wait a few weeks before posting my review because I have two pups that have ruined bedding and pads. It’s been well over a month, and these fluff monsters have had every opportunity to do their best with the crate pads. They’re durable, easy to clean. We placed our order just when the Pandemic was coming to light. I had a couple of interactions with staff via email. Excellent communication and customer service. We live in Alberta, Canada and the bed took 10 days from date of order to when it arrived. Excellent quality, the bed is made custom to the specifications chosen. We ordered the crate bed to fit our 48” x 30” wire crate. Bentley is a 10 month German Shepherd and had destroyed 4 other crate pads prior to discovering the Gorilla Dog Bed! We’ve had it almost a month now and Bentley has made no attempt at trying to destroy it. The cover is washable, made with a much better quality material that what you find at most pet stores. The bed secures to the bottom of the wire crate with velcro ties that Bentley cannot access. I love that a destruction warranty is offered although I don’t think we will have to use it. Thanks so much Gorilla Dog Beds! We hope your families are staying healthy during this time.

First of all, I found this site after searching for an indestructible dog bed for days. Honestly we went through over 10 beds, comforters, blankets & an entire couch that was torn to itty bitty pieces with my Dane puppy. I finally made a decision to invest in one that guarantees me money back in case she does destroy it which I was pretty certain she would, but I had to give it one last shot. Well low & behold, 30 days later has arrived & the bed is still intact. It has tiny little nail scratches from her since she likes to scratch until she reaches the center of the earth to get comfy lol but she has been unable to penetrate! Honestly if you’re dog is a chewer & if you haven’t found a bed that survives your dog, I PROMISE you, THIS is the bed for you. Best money I have ever spent on a dog bed! HIGHLYYYYYYYYYY recommend!

We have been so pleased with the durability of our new Gorilla Ballistic™ Kennel & Crate Pad. It has held up to the challenge of our 100 pound puppy with no issues. Our pup is almost housebroken but not 100% and the crate pad is easily cleaned. While I normally do not spend this much on our 5 dogs beds, this is so well worth it. Way to go Gorilla!!!
