Gorilla Ballistic Orthopedic dog beds are composed of an all-American high-quality certified mattress. We use different densities by size to support the weight of any dog. All of our Orthopedic dog beds feature CoolTek™ technology that keeps your dog cool and allows air to pass through. We offer two mattress choices in our orthopedic line of beds. The first option is a 5″ tall, high-quality, and dense orthopedic mattress. The second option is our memory foam mattress which is composed of a dense 4″ tall base that is then bonded to a 1″ tall high-end memory foam. Our patented CoolTek™ gel infused memory foam mattress conforms to your dog’s shape, minimizes pressure on joints, helps circulation, and cradles your dog for ultimate comfort and sleep quality. Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog to ensure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended. Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

All I can say is that I wish I bought this bed a long time ago for my Dane who constantly scratches and sometimes chews. I purchased the largest one and am much happier with this bed then the Big Barker one I had which was good but not for very long. The Gorilla Bed is also larger and seems to be more supportive then Big Barker and the fact that the mattress comes with a lifetime is very impressive..No one else does that. The cover is second to none and the quality is the best I have seen. Very happy with my purchase and am confident it will last for many years.

Our German Shepard loves it.. Thick comfortable and American Made mattress that doesn’t sink to the floor when he is on it. Superb quality and the material is just as advertised.He tried to tear into it and was unsuccessful. Water resistant, scratch proof, hair does not stick to it. What else could you want? I have purchased many beds over many years and I would highly recommend these beds because there is absolutely nothing better on the market..Trust me tried all the rest and nothing compares. It’s been a little more than 3 weeks since we received, and put in use, our Gorilla Chew Proof beds. We have 2 juvenile yellow labs that are SAVAGE chewers. We were lucky if we could get an entire week out of other pads. But so far, we have found a solution with the Gorilla beds. The dogs haven’t even taken them out of their houses (like they did with all others). They definitely are not as soft and plush as the beds we buy at Costco or PetSmart. But they adequately provide a warm, soft cushion for the dogs to bed down on. Time will tell if they live up to the expectation advertised. But, I probably won’t have the ability to provide an updated product review a few months down the road. But, so far, so good!

My dog sleeps on the bed now. But when the bed first came, she would sit on it for a bit and then give it funny looks, like she could hear it expanding. That was in the first few days. I had read that the orthopedic bed might take up to a week to expand fully. During that time, she slept on the floor rather than on the bed and refused to sleep on it. I took it away from her after a few days and then tried again after a week. She walked right up to it and sat on it. Then began sleeping on it every night. She doesn’t try to chew it. She chews on just about everything else. I had a softer dog bed that she did love sleeping in, but she chewed holes at the seams and kept pulling some of the stuffing out. She would drag the softer bed through the dog, into the back yard, and try to rip it up as if pretending that it was the carcass of prey that she had caught. She doesn’t do that with the Gorilla bed. It is more stiff and has a flat surface and apparently less fun, and a lot tougher material, to try to destroy. So she chews on store bought antlers and hoses (in the back yard), and trims vines (drastically). She destroys cheap hoses, but a plastic hose that was little more expensive, is surviving. So far the bed is working well. She has been sleeping on it for over a month.

My doberman has ruined every single that within the first day. I cannot believe that 20 days later this bed is still in perfect condition! This bed is well worth the money I can’t believe we actually found one that lasts! I hope to see a gorilla brand blanket for the dogs sometime in the future!
