Our Cordura® Tough Dog Crate covers are incredibly durable and have a proprietary backed coating, making them water-resistant and great for outdoor use. The US armed forces use Cordura® in many different applications, primarily because of its extreme durability, abrasion, and puncture resistance. Gorilla Dog Beds® uses the best materials available to make the highest quality products on the market. Gorilla Tough Dog Crate covers™ fit standard size crates perfectly, but we can also make them in any size needed for custom applications. Our crate covers are tougher than any other covers on the market because of the materials used and the American workmanship. Please note that they do not come with a warranty against chewing damage but do come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. They are easy to clean, can be removed easily, and are machine washable.
The Gorilla Tough Dog crate covers help block the wind and insulate your K9 in chilly and hot weather. Roll up the side panels to provide various ventilation options. Dogs chew because anxiety and benefit from a cozy crate den-like atmosphere. Anxious dogs tend to feel more comfortable and prefer having a crate covered, making them feel safe and secure.
Washing Instructions
All Gorilla Tough Dog Crate covers are machine washable. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle without any other laundry. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and will limit any shrinkage. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair.

I have an 8-month old Doberman Lab mix who has destroyed every single crate cover and blanket we’ve put over her crate. We tried not putting anything over her crate and she HATED it. We were worried she would swallow/choke on the fabric from the other crate covers/blankets, so we decided to invest a little more and get her a Gorilla crate cover. Holy moly, what a transformation. Not only has she not even attempted to chew the crate cover, it has made her a calmer dog overall. I cannot recommend these covers enough!!

I thought for sure that my 6 month old lab pup would object to the crate cover and try to chew it. After giving it a good overall sniff and a half-hearted attempt to chew on the velcro tabs, I put it on her crate and she has not bothered with it. She seems to like the cozy feel it gives to her little apartment. Outcome has been better than I dared hope for.

I have 2 pillows and a crate pad from GDB. To date the 3 previously purchased items remain intact. I special ordered a ballistic nylon crate cover because my velociraptor (AKC listed as Dalmatian) pulled 2 prior covers into his crate through the slots – the covers did not survive. While he can’t pull this cover into the crate through the slots it didn’t prevent him from removing a small section of the front panel that was up on top of his crate. Proven to be not indestructible, it’s still useable and the areas away from the damage look great.

We are so happy with the crate cover. Since we placed the cover on the crate of our two Bichon brothers Mario and Giuseppe,, all incessant morning barking has stopped. Better yet, Mario (one of the Bichon’s) has made no attempt to eat it. We love your products!
