Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

This cushion is made extremely well. It holds up to extreme wear. My one English setter was able to chew a hole through the corner and into the foam. She is persistent when chewing and bored. The company sent me a cover as promised and I would give them 5 stars if their warranty would have covered the new foam and inner liner replacement.

One of my long term fosters had shredded EVERYTHING I tried with her, from professional grade veterinary pads to elevated beds, and of course, blankets, towels, rugs. She has had the comfort of a Gorilla bed for 3 weeks now and it looks great! (She did manage to chew the label off, but I still know it’s Gorilla!) I foster lots of dogs and it is fantastic to find a product that will stand up to this kind of dog. Well worth the price.

I held off on making this review until enough time for my dog to try and tear it. I made this purchase after trying some other crate pads that did not last 30 minutes. They were advertised as tough but were a joke. This one is still going strong and there are not any signs of damage to the crate pad. The straps work well and keep my dog from lifting the pad in the crate and the quality is the best. I strongly recommend this to anyone with a dog that likes to tear or chew things up. They are machine washable and look brand new every time. Will be back for a bed soon. Thank you

I have tried them all and all of them until this point have failed with my 95 Lbs Rottweiler. I decided to give Gorilla Dog Beds and try after a good friend of mine had success with his Boxer. I was hesitant at first since nothing in the past worked. After receiving the product I could tell right away that this was different. From the materials to the workmanship, nothing previously came close. I placed it in the crate and it had a perfect fit and the ties down straps are very effective and prevented my dog from lifting it up in the crate. I watched him try to lift and could tell he got frustrated and actually had a look of defeat on his face. He tried for about 3 days and then gave up completely. I could not be happier and this is actually the best purchase I have ever made for my dog. I’m so tired of all the other chinese crap out there and am happy I am supporting American Jobs. Thank you
