Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Scout has enjoyed his kennel pad as much as his full sized Gorilla Bed. He has met his match in ripping, tearing and scratching his bed into submission! He has learned that both the pad and the bed are his friend and much more comfortable than the run of the mill dog beds you can get on the open market! we have two beds from you already. But needed a crate pad. The pad is great he can’t tear it up like all other pads before. He has very sharp strong claws. They cut through things very easy. We bought the beds because he would chew his beds and suck on them. Has not been able to destroy the beds. We do have little rugs on them so they feel soft. Our female won’t lay on the bed without the rug. Other then that they hold up awsome!!!! Our dogs are a male 98lb doberman and a female 67lb doberman. Dobermans like to suck things like blankets and in our case beds!!! Thanks love the beds and crate bed a lot.

This crate pad is fantastic. My pup is a major chewer. Give him a regular dog toy and the stuffing is out in under five minutes. Same thing with regular crate pads. He destroyed two of them… until this one! I love how it straps to the bottom of the crate so he can’t pull it up. I’ve had it for about a month now and not a mark on it. I was a bit worried it wasn’t going to be comfortable, but even my senior boy likes to go and lay on it when the pup isn’t in there. My sister just got one for her destructive puppy too because I couldn’t stop raving about this bed! I’d highly recommend to anyone.

We have had this pad for a couple of weeks now and it works the best so far! We have a Rhodesian Ridgeback and he is 8 months old. He has tore up every single crate mat we buy him except for this one. If you have a chewer or a digger I highly suggest spending your money on this crate pad, so that way you don’t waste a lot of money on other crate pads that won’t last like we did. Wish we would have knew about this pad from the beginning but glad we found it now!

Our blue cane corso pup would destroy everything we had in her crate at night time. We are well over two weeks and she hasn’t been able to do anything to this bed. I see people saying its not worth the money, well maybe those people didn’t use it right. If its strapped to the bottom of the crate tightly there should almost 0 chance the dog can tear it apart. So far Im impressed.

Our German Shepherd puppy is teething and has a strong chewing habit. We keep him occupied with chew toys but cannot keep him under surveillance every moment of the day and night. His crate liner is secured to the bottom with velcro straps and he enjoys the cool material to sleep on. He has found out that it is difficult to lift the liner up and attempt to chew the cover. We have confidence that the Gorilla bed is durable, comfortable and chew proof.
