Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

My dog loves to try and dig up and shred her crate pad and made quick work of the previous one. We bought this pad about a month and a half ago and so far she has been completely foiled by it! It’s tough material and the velcro straps holding the crate pad down make it near impossible for her to pull up to chew on. The only thing I might have done differently is chosen a different color. We bought black and it really shows the dirt/dog hair.

This is an excellent product. I ordered a custom size and it fits perfectly. My dog is super-destructive due to separation anxiety and I did file a warranty claim. They were awesome about that and sent a replacement very quickly. The warranty is only for a new cover, but in our case they actually replaced the entire crate pad. I highly recommend this quality product and wonderful company!

This pad is well worth the extra cost. My puppy has tried desperately to destroy this pad to no avail. According to my son who sometimes crawls into her crate for fun he said it’s comfortable enough that he may sleep in there one night! Ha!

I have a year old pitbull and he chews everything.. he has gone through 5 or 6 beds after only having them for a day or so and each about 30 plus dollars. Heard about this on Facebook and looked into and I read the reviews. Was hesitant at first cuz the price but after just one night of having this he has not been able to chew through it at all and now will even just sleep on it. Extremely happy with the gorilla dog bed best bed out there. Would recommend to everyone!!!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!!!

This dog bed is incredible quality and I’m thrilled to support a business that has a locally made product and gives back to charities related to service dogs. My pup destroyed her previous bed by digging it. Foam everywhere. So far this bed has held up and looks like it will go the distance. Customer support was lovely and the products are made to order.
