Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

One bed my dog has not chewed on, yet. The material is hard to sink the teeth into. But it is not my dog’s favourite bed in the house. To make it cozy, we put a thin mattes on top and that seems to work.

My 10 month old moyen poodle has destroyed every stuffed toy he has so far and also 2 beds. I installed the Gorilla bed in his crate yesterday and so far its good. I like how tight it is in the crate and that you tie it down so he cannot grab at it to chew. I guess time will tell.

As is likely the case with everyone who is looking into these beds, my Doberman was destroying everything with increasing speed. I looked at these a month before I finally purchased and held off thinking I’d try other “durable” brands sold in stores. The last of which she managed to destroy in the time I closed her crate door to me putting my shoes on. As someone else said, you spend far more money buying and replacing cheaper beds. More than that though, I was worried she’d choke on the pieces from her pads after destroying them. I bought one of these 3 months ago and still holding strong. As it’s in a plastic crate, she did manage to pull it up a couple times but still couldn’t chew through the cover and not able to rip it open. The only thing she did manage to do was rip the tag off. I just bought a second one of these for a different crate so she’ll have a home one and a travel one. Wish I had bought sooner.

My big dog is really tough on beds (and blankets and toys and shoes, etc). He has really tried to dig at this mattress and it has held up to the abuse. I did have to wash it – followed the directions and everything cleaned up well and went back together just fine. Would gladly recommend the Gorilla Indestructible Crate Pad. If cost is a concern – just think about it being equal to the 3-4 crate pads you’ve already bought and had to throw away.

I purchased 2 dog beds for my Labs, as well as a pad for my puppy’s crate and they are amazing. The puppy has not been able to chew thru it and both dogs sleep on it so well…they’re truly comfy!

My Amstaffs usually destroy a bed in a week. Have had this one several weeks and it has held up to all the digging and fluffing they have put it through. Would buy another (if I ever need to)

I’ve have had a few beds for my Aussie pup only to have them turn into instant nesting material inside the crate. I’ve had the Gorilla crate pad for a couple of weeks now and I see zero evidence of chewing. Either he loves his new crate bed or realizes he’s met his match, but it’s probably both. I’ll definitely be ordering a bed for him to lounge on in the living room. Stop throwing away money on repeat purchases. Pay the money once and be done.
