Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Our 90lb puppy loves to shred, chew and dig. We have tried many crate bed options prior to this with no survivors. One reason I ordered from this company is for the warranty and I was sure glad to have it! She managed to pull up a corner on the crate pad and tear through the fabric. However, the company honored their 125-day guarantee and sent us another crate pad promptly. We zip tied it very tightly to the wire crate at the corners and have had no issues since. Now that she can’t chew it, she gives her best efforts to dig out of the bottom. However, after several months the bed it is still going strong! Happy to be able to provide a comfortable and safe bed for our pup. She may be a destroyer but she deserves to be cozy too!

The Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad is an exceptionally well made dog bed. We have one that has lasted almost a year with our Malinois/Husky and when the other one managed to chew a corner (also a Malinois/Husky) it was still under warranty and was replaced. I bought my first gorilla dog bed for my boy about 5 years ago because he was a super chewer and a digger. That bed has held up beautifully!!!!!!! I suggest your product to anyone who asks for a good dog bed for a chewer. My girl had been good with cheaper beds but recently has gotten more destructive with chewing and digging (I think she learned from her brother). Originally bought a rectangular bed. Still intact after a month so I bought a crate pad (this review) to replace a different product that had a couple chew/through holes in it. Still intact, so I bought a round bed which just showed up today. I have 1 dog, not three, so I should be done buying dog beds since he doesn’t seem to be able to destroy the Gorilla products.

Our 9-month-old Black and Tan Coonhound pup was shredding any bedding we put in her crate until the Gorilla bed. It strapped in and fit the crate perfectly and evidently just seemed like a soft crate floor to the dog. She’s had no interest in trying to tug on or chew the bed. She will even go in the crate on her own to lay down on the Gorilla bed. I would certainly buy another, but it seems that I may never need to.

I was Impressed with the quality of the Material. I put the Pad in the Cover and the Straps on, and put it in the Crate with “Frankie” watching me. When I was done, I left the door open, and she went in to investigate, and laid down. Violet then went in to the crate also, and investigated too. I took my husband to his medical appointment and we left at 8:30am… we wound up being gone till 5:00pm, when we got home, Frankie was sleeping comfortable, she never tried chewing her new bed. I have a one year old German Shepherd. We had to purchase a heavy duty, military grade dog crate for him because he destroyed the regular crate. I bought a pad for that crate, which lasted one day.
