Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Prior to my Gorilla dog bed purchase, my little dachshund pulverized 6 new “chew-proof” dog beds. Within hours. So far, she has left the Gorilla bed fully intact. Not the tiniest bit of evidence that she has been chewing it, and we’ve had the bed for more than a week now. That’s a record. So far, this Gorilla bed was worth the extra money I paid for it. Fingers crossed that the bed continues to last. Finally we have a truly indestructible dog bed! 😁👍

After destroying 5 “tough” beds, Diko has finally met his match. Despite trying mightily, he hasn’t been able to get even a thread loose. The tough materials & an excellent design of the Gorilla Ballistic crate pad were just what we needed. It’s expensive, but much cheaper than buying new beds every few weeks (and worrying about our pup ingesting the shredded materials).

The gorilla ballistic kennel pad started off working great. I thought I finally found the perfect kennel pad that my husky couldn’t destroy. Of course after the 125 day warranty my husky had completely destroyed the kennel pad (chewed/ripped a big hole and the inner bedding part was in pieces everywhere). This is the longest my husky hasn’t been able to destroy a kennel pad, but of course it was days after the warranty and there’s nothing that can be done besides buy a whole new one.

My 5 month old labrador-pitbull puppy loves chewing through things. We ordered this gorilla bed in order to keep her safe from swallowing anything. After the first couple of hours, my puppy clawed and chewed with all her effort to destroy the bed. She soon gave up and now sleeps comfortably in her crate. I have also ordered another bed for her–outside of the kennel/crate. I would not have ordered again if I had not trusted this company. These chew-proof beds truly are worth the money.

Very pleased with our new crate mat! The cover is extremely high quality and my 1 year old boxer (who is often destructive) has not even attempted to dig at it and it’s been in for about 4 weeks. The padding and fabric is just enough to keep the dog comfy, but not too hot (as bulky mats with fluffy fabric can make our dog too warm). Excellent product that is worth the extra spend!
