Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Real story… we got a puppy, and went on a vacation when the puppy was 5 months old. Needless to say our old dog bed made for a lot of sleepless night. While on vacation we looked up new well built American made dog beds and we couldn’t be happier. We returned home to a new bed and it is literally perfect! We couldn’t be happier with the purchase our dog now sleeps longer though the night, he’s super comfy, but most importantly it’s super quiet as well!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

This is the second Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic dog crate pad that I’ve purchased. The first one was several years ago for my puppy who was a tough chewer and this one was for my son’s new 7 month old Siberian Husky who is a super chewer!! The husky loves his crate now that he has a comfy pad in it AND he hasn’t put a dent in the cover. Well worth the money.

Mo managed to chew up other beds but not the Gorilla Bed . He tried to “dig it up” around the edges but the velcro straps anchor it securely. He now just goes in and out of his crate, which is always open, as his go to happy place.

Was concerned that my 95lb ten month old German Shepard would chew the bed in his crate so I bought the extra large chew proof orthopedic bed. The quality was superb and it fit perfectly in his extra large kong crate. To my surprise, he loved it and not once had attempted to chew it. Our dog loves his new bed. Although he ripped apart two prior beds he gave up on this one after one night (with no damage whatsoever). This is our second Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad. The original is now four years old and still in great shape. We bought a second kennel for another part of the house and got the crate pad as well. It fits well and we know it will be there for some time.
