Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

While I had to drill holes in my Impact Dog Crates kennel and use zip ties to tie the Gorilla Dog Bed mattress down, it has worked perfectly. My one year old Lab hasn’t chewed the bed at all (having gone through several other crate mattresses).

We’ve got a deaf dog with a kbc kennels crate since he destroys wire ones with his separation anxiety. For a long time, we’ve dealt with him shredding blankets, beds, etc. We did some research as he’s aging and the hard plastic isn’t good for his joints, coming to the decision to try out a Gorilla Dog bed for him. Well, a month in, and it’s still in one piece! We’ve had to make some modifications to his crate to secure properly, and it’s difficult to wrestle in and out for cleaning, but he has not managed to destroy it! The inner cover seems to be somewhat drool-resistant, which helps protect the foam bedding from his anxiety attacks. We’re all very happy with our purchase, and will recommend these beds to friends. Well worth the cost! Pictures show modification to crate, and the drama dog himself enjoying his new bed.

I bought the large crate pad for my super chewer 11 month old puppy without really thinking that if could withstand his incredible chewing strength but so far it is holding up great. The construction is top notch, with quality fabric and zippers and super tough velcro. As a senior with arthritic hands I found it REALLY challenging to stuff the pad into its cover but of course if it fit loosely he could get a “tooth hold” on it and it would be game over. Very very happy with my purchase!

Ordered a custom size bed to fit our dog’s crate. Fit perfectly so she has padding across the whole area. Fabric seems tough as well, but do not believe she has tried to chew on it as it is tucked in perfectly. Very pleased with purchase.

So far, this Solid Color Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog crate pad is the highest quality, well-made dog bed we’ve ever purchased! I haven’t had to spray any anti-chew solution to keep her from chewing it up like every other bed we’ve purchased! She sleeps well on it for 10-12 hours! It is totally worth the money! Our German Shepherd has not tried to chew, rip or dig into it! It fits her cage perfectly and you can tie down the corners! So glad we found this brand, it’s the best!

I have what is considered an extreme chewer, if it’s not bolted down, it’s ruined. I purchased other cheaper crate pads that she ruined in no time! Pondered this the Gorilla bed, pulled the trigger and couldn’t be happier…been in her crate for 2 weeks now and still looks new! Don’t question this, its do worth the money, you won’t regret it!
