Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I use the Impact Crate. Their sizes are not traditional wire crate sizes so off the shelf pads do not fit and their pad was no challenge for my GSD during an evening out. I purchased the custom size Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad. The pad fits the crate perfectly. The cover material is like no other I have seen off the shelf and the orthopedic pad is a dense orthopedic foam unlike most that use low density eggcrate foam. There are no exposed seams or zippers creating weak spots in the ballistic cover. After over 20 days of use the crate pad is in great like new condition. Highly recommend !!!

I have a small & anxious terrier rescue that’s a maaaassive chewer – like I’d say it takes her 30 mins tops to get all the way through a yak chew. She’s crate trained, and after having her for about 6 months, I was feeling really bad not having any crate pad or anything in her safe space. I knew our little menace could destroy just about anything, so I searched the internet for some heavy duty pad that had some manner of guarantee about durability. I almost got her a cheaper Amazon “chew proof” one, but landed on a Gorilla pad due to all the great reviews, chewproof guarantee, AND the custom sizing (we use a Diggs crate that has unique dimensions). It arrived a few weeks ago, and she quickly found out that all the digging and chewing attempts got her nowhere, so now she happily rests on her now comfier safe space with maybe a few attempts at scratching here and there if she’s a little bored (& I can leave her in there comfortably knowing this pad is gonna last her)! So glad we opted to spend just a little more for quality. You won’t be disappointed going with a Gorilla pad!

Our German Shepard is a chewer. He has wrecked 3 or 4 crate pads. We were going to just go without a pad for him but worried about his joints . This crate pad is very well made and fasteners to attach to bottom of crate is a game changer. A couple weeks so far with no sign of him chewing it up

This bed was well worth the price. Our 1 year old rescued pittie likes to shred his blankets and beds. We have had this bed in his crate for a few months now and he has not even attempted to chew on it. It is fitted perfectly to the four corners of the crate and sits right against them, so there is no room for him to grab an end. We used the straps it came with to secure each end to the bottom of the crate. I’ve caught him digging at it and it has not ripped. He gets a stuffed kong in his crate every day to keep him occupied, and I just use a wash cloth with soap to wipe the bed down and it comes clean.

I have a very destructive German shepherd with anxiety. I wanted to wait at least a month before I made a review to give my dog the opportunity to try to destroy it. It looks like a normal dog bed but the system with all the attachments at the bottom makes it so that the dog is unable to lift it and cause any damage to the material which is pretty resistant. I am very happy with my purchase because it proved to be exactly what I expected and needed. 10/10

Fabric is tough and the mattress seems comfy without being too plush (which allows the dog to get a hold of the fabric). My Labrador has destroyed a number of beds in short order but this one seems like it will survive. The only detractor is that they are not sized to fit standard sized crates. I had to order a custom sized pad (35 x 22) to ensure fit into my 36″ Midwest Crate.
