Gorilla Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad ( Army Tough Fabric!)
If your dog spends any time in a crate – and especially if they spend lots of time in there – your choice of crate pad becomes an investment of critical importance to both you and your dog.
Our Cordura® kennel and crate pads are extremely tough and have a proprietary backed coating which makes them water-resistant and great for outdoor use. The US armed forces use Cordura® in many different applications primarily because of its extreme durability, abrasion, and puncture resistance.
We manufacture these using a military-grade Velcro enclosure on the underside as well as a 268lb pull-strength zipper that keeps your dog from penetrating the foam. All our seams are triple-stitched to ensure the toughest kennel pad on the market. We also included a tie-down system that keeps your dog from flipping the pad over inside the kennel. All our crate and kennel pads come with a waterproof liner that is the best in the industry. Most messes and dirt can be wiped down with a damp cloth, but the cover and liner can also be washed when necessary. The foam pad is not washable.
Cordura® Tough kennel and crate pads are composed of American-made, high-quality 2.5″ certified foam that gently conforms to your dog’s shape while supporting your dog in the most comfortable way possible.

Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam mattresses and crate pads are NOT. Orthopedic mattresses should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately and not with other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Liners should be washed unzipped and open to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum can also be used.

Well our first night didn’t go so well. Charlie chewed up the corner of the mat but it was actually a human error for not using the straps to tie down the mat. The next day we installed the mat properly an Charlie has been sleeping all night with no chewing at all. This is a great product and well worth the price. Thanks Gorilla Dog Beds!

Our 10 month old Malinois sleeps in a crate in the bedroom. When he dreams or moves around, his feet scrape the hard plastic bottom liner and make a LOT of noise, sometimes waking us up. We tried softer mat and beds, but all get destroyed within days. This bed has help up to over the last couple weeks with no noticeable damage! But the material is still very loud.

So easy to clean. And my dog seems really happy with it. He sleeps more soundly at night with something nice and comfy to lay on. But it is his second bed. He was able to chew his last gorilla bed. I take part of the blame for that since I forgot to strap it down. I do wish it was easier to strap down in his kennel though. The placement of the straps doesn’t work very well for the kennel he’s in. But overall an awesome product.

My dog has scratched up and shredded many beds in his several years with us (8 or so). He’s scratching this one vigorously every night as usual. The difference with this one is it’s not showing ANY wear and tear from his efforts, and I’m pretty sure it is comfortable for him once he settles down. Excellent!!!
