Gorilla Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad ( Army Tough Fabric!)
If your dog spends any time in a crate – and especially if they spend lots of time in there – your choice of crate pad becomes an investment of critical importance to both you and your dog.
Our Cordura® kennel and crate pads are extremely tough and have a proprietary backed coating which makes them water-resistant and great for outdoor use. The US armed forces use Cordura® in many different applications primarily because of its extreme durability, abrasion, and puncture resistance.
We manufacture these using a military-grade Velcro enclosure on the underside as well as a 268lb pull-strength zipper that keeps your dog from penetrating the foam. All our seams are triple-stitched to ensure the toughest kennel pad on the market. We also included a tie-down system that keeps your dog from flipping the pad over inside the kennel. All our crate and kennel pads come with a waterproof liner that is the best in the industry. Most messes and dirt can be wiped down with a damp cloth, but the cover and liner can also be washed when necessary. The foam pad is not washable.
Cordura® Tough kennel and crate pads are composed of American-made, high-quality 2.5″ certified foam that gently conforms to your dog’s shape while supporting your dog in the most comfortable way possible.

Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam mattresses and crate pads are NOT. Orthopedic mattresses should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately and not with other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Liners should be washed unzipped and open to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum can also be used.

This Dog bed took a whole ay to expand, but after it did and then put cover on, its been great. Our dog has tried to “dig” her way out a few times, the material does not show a thing, super strong!

This has been the only crate pad that my mal pup hasn’t destroyed yet. I love the removable, washable cover and waterproof inner cover. I also love the tie down straps for his kennel. Well thought out and (so far) it’s holding up to my maligator. 👍🏻

I have a large group of dogs, the majority of which are Pibbles. I have run through so many dog beds, I had pretty much given up on any hope that I would be able to provide my family a comfortable bed. I’ve tried every brand you can think of and not one survived more than a month before the beds were disemboweled and useless. Gorilla beds were my last hope and holy smokes, they came through. My most prolific “bed killer” was my 65 lb baby girl, Francie and 20 days later, despite her best efforts, not only is the bed still with us, it shows no sign of any damage. If a bed can survive just a few days against Francie, much less three weeks, it is a bed I will pay for and you should too.

We have been super happy with our gorilla dog bed for our lab! He’s even vomited on it so we had to wash it and the very durable cover washed up great – wash on cold and air dry as recommended! Anyway we are super happy and can highly recommend!

With COVID we don’t go out much, so when we do our big girl isn’t used to it. Plus we tend to go out for longer to consolidate trips… so we definitely needed a bed to hold up to her energy. She loves to try to dig and burrow and then finally settle in… only to try to dig and burrow again after a little while. With other beds they barely last a couple of days… this one has been with us for several weeks and shows no signs of wear! Sure, it cost a bit more than the other beds.. but it’s lasting!
