NEW! Gorilla Ballistic® Chewproof Orthopedic Dog Couch

The Gorilla Ballistic Chew-Proof Orthopedic Dog Couch combines uncompromising American-made quality with exceptional durability, orthopedic support, and comfort. Designed for dogs that love to lounge but are particularly tough on their bedding, our orthopedic dog couch provides the comfort of their own sofa with the rugged construction needed to withstand chewing, scratching, and everyday wear and tear. Built with CertiPUR-US® certified orthopedic foam throughout, including the supportive bolsters, this couch-style bed delivers exceptional comfort and lasting support. Your dog will love having a comfortable place to relax, and you’ll appreciate a bed engineered to stand up to even the toughest dogs.

Our exclusive Gorilla Ballistic Ripstop fabric is engineered for extreme resistance to chewing, scratching, tearing, and abrasion. Unlike traditional plush dog beds, our military-grade ballistic material is designed to withstand the demands of aggressive chewers and active dogs without sacrificing comfort. The fabric resists dirt, moisture, odors, mold, and mildew, making everyday maintenance simple. Most messes can be wiped away with a damp cloth, while the completely removable, machine-washable cover and included water-resistant liner make deeper cleaning quick and stress-free. Every Gorilla Ballistic Orthopedic Dog Couch features triple-stitched seams for exceptional strength and durability. Our rugged construction and premium materials make these beds among the toughest available.

Gorilla Ballistic Orthopedic Dog Couches are constructed with premium American-made, CertiPUR-US® certified orthopedic foam. While most couch-style dog beds rely on polyfill bolsters that compress, flatten, and lose their shape over time, we use supportive orthopedic foam throughout the entire bed, including the bolsters. Our mattresses are engineered with different foam densities based on bed size to properly support dogs of all weights and breeds. Every mattress is backed by our Lifetime Won’t Flatten Mattress Guarantee, providing lasting comfort and support for years to come. Combined with our 125-Day Chew-Proof Warranty on the cover, the Gorilla Ballistic Orthopedic Dog Couch delivers the durability you need and the comfort your dog deserves.

Gorilla Ballistic 125-Day Chew-Proof Warranty

Our Gorilla Ballistic dog beds are built to withstand chewing, scratching, and everyday wear and tear. That’s why we back our Gorilla Ballistic line with a 125-Day Chew-Proof Warranty.

If your dog chews through the bed cover within 125 days of receiving your order, we will provide one replacement cover free of charge. This is a one-time replacement warranty and does not include the mattress or a refund of the original purchase.

Custom embroidery is not covered under the 125-Day Chew-Proof Warranty.

If you notice chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed immediately to prevent your dog from ingesting any bedding materials. The bed can be reintroduced once the replacement cover arrives. Dogs with a history of destroying or ingesting objects should be supervised when using their bedding.

Custom Embroidery Items Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned

Washing & Maintenance Instructions

• All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Foam mattresses are not. Orthopedic mattresses should be exposed to fresh air when needed.
• Covers and liners should be washed separately from household laundry. Wash in cold water. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. Wash the cover zipped closed.
• We do not recommend high-heat drying for any of our products. Liners should be air-dried only. Covers may be air-dried or dried on low heat.
• For everyday spot cleaning, use a damp cloth or sponge to remove stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum can also be effective.
