Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

This pad lives up to the claims! My Great Dane has not managed to even puncture the pad! He has always torn up other beds or pads. Will be ordering another for another dog that also has torn his pads up although not as much as the Dane. Looking forward to doing more business with This company!

My shiba inu puppy loves to destroy everything! He did manage to rip open a corner of the bed but I think that’s because the Velcro strap came loose. They sent out my warranty cover and I made sure the straps were extra tight, and I haven’t had an issue since.

Our new puppy destroyed several crate pads until we found Gorilla Ballistic dog beds. We found exactly the right size to fit his crate, and he enjoys his crate but does not chew his bed! Another plus, 2 different sizes of Velcro strips are included with the bed, so you can secure it to the crate. Great purchase!!

My puppy is the definition of POWER CHEWER. I mean, he can and does destroy anything. He tried all the tricks from attempting to scratch a hole in it, biting the corners, and roughing it up for nearly 20 minutes straight. We were convinced that he was going to destroy this thing. However, shortly after he realized he wasn’t making a dent, he laid down. Our pup hasn’t tried to bite or scratch at it since and sleeps soundly as always! Well worth the money to know we won’t come home to a torn up bed and a potential vet visit! If this sounds like your pup, just make the purchase. You will be glad you did!

The mat is as described, fits perfectly and looks very durable, the only issue I have is that the cover is noisy when dog moves or scratches so we had to cover it with bedding hoping my dog will not chew bedding….so far….she is doing ok. Would also be nice if mat had a border, being flat, all the toys fall out in between mat and crate and my dog tries to get them out and can’t ! I really like the product but it needs some improvement for comfort.
