Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I ordered a crate mat that works well for my Springer spaniel. It is made out of tough material that she has not been able to tear up. When she managed to worm her way beneath it and chew the zipper, the replacement came right away. They stand by their promise. Very happy with their customer care.

My two extremely rough-and-tumble BIG puppies (8 months and 60-75 pounds each) kept eating their crate pads. Plus, their crate pads always smelled terrible. I was constantly laundering the tattered crate pads. I am HAPPY TO REPORT that after a full month of use, there is no evidence of damage to either of our Gorilla Dog Bed crate pads. Currently, my pups are destroying their beds (in our family room). Once they are done, I’ll be returning to Gorilla Dog Beds for… BEDS!

My 11 pound, 1 and 1/2 year old has already chewed holes in the corner of her crate pad cover. But, I must say, it’s the best I’ve seen or tried. Typically, her beds and pads, and toys, won’t make it through 2 days before she has chewed into the stuffing and I have to take them away. It is good quality, and for most dogs, this would probably last for many years. Unfortunately, we were going through crate training with my rescue mixed breed a bit late. But, it lasted through the worst of it. So, I’m impressed overall. A little in the expensive side, but good quality. I probably spent this much or more on trying many less expensive options. Wish I had started here first!

Love our bed! We had a minor issue as Abby got ahold of two of the straps and chewed them so they were not useable:(. Made some adjustments with additional straps that were sent with our bed. So far Abby not any chewed on the bed or straps. Abby has chewed or ripped apart at least 10 beds in her 2 years of life! She is a 12 pound Havapoo. We are very happy with our gorilla bed.

We have two pit mixes that can (and do) chew through ANYTHING. The first couple times they were in their kennels with these new beds, I could hear them “digging” like crazy.
