Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

We have a year old Brittany who we adopted from another owner, and he absolutely hated his crate. He would chew up any blanket, pad, or bed we got him. He was especially bad at this in the morning when he wanted out. Without fail his bed would be scrunched up in the back of his crate and there would be foam padding, and the “chew proof” cover everywhere. After he destroyed a few beds we realized that he was also eating this material and decided the safest thing for him was to go without anything. This made us feel terrible because we didn’t want him sleeping on his plastic crate tray forever. I found this product and thought we had nothing to lose with the money back guarantee. We have had it for a few weeks now and we all love it! Because of the velcro strips, Petey is not able to dig up the pad to get under it and chew it, nor does he even try. He actually goes into his crate on his own sometimes to nap, which is likely some combination of our crate training and the comfortability of the bed, but we will take what we can get! One thing to keep in mind is that the waterproof liner works VERY well! With the combination of liner and foam pad that we got, the whole system sits just above the crate tray. So, if your pet does have an accident the pee will not be absorbed and may spill out onto the surrounding floor. Petey did have an accident and we found this out the hard way when the pee had puddled up near each of his paws, and splashed everywhere when we got him out to clean it. No complaints though, product works as intended, we just added an additional footprint below the crate. That brings me to my next point, cleaning! We followed the washing instructions and there are no lingering stains or odors and after a wash it still looks as good as new 👍🏽 We bought the grey with rainbow stitching. Overall im satisfied with everything, would definitely buy again…although I can’t imagine needing too with how well its holding up!

This crate pad has been the very first pad my 7 month old bernadoodle boy has not been able to chew up. He likes sleeping on this one even though he normal sleeps on cold floors. I would recommend this pad for very heavy chewers.
