Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

My 5 month old German “Shredder” Puppy (GSD) buzzed through 2 crate mats before I got her the Gorilla Crate Pad. This one is fur-ever! She hasn’t been able to chew through it or cause any damage at all! After a couple of nights, she stopped trying. It’s easy to clean and has made her crate a nice and comfy safe space for sleeping and just hanging out. I highly recommend this pad for all of the pups who live to chew! Any one who has a German Shepherd Dog ( or other puppy breed) in the “teething phase” and is looking for one that actually lasts, this is the one for you!

This crate pad is the only thing my German Shepherd Dog hasn’t torn to shreds (guess it’s good his name is Rip)! He’s so much more comfortable and sleeps so much better! It’s much quieter than listening to him scratch at the crate tray! He loves it! Nice and comfortable for Rip! It’s very easy to put together and is very secure. Very definitely worth every penny and extremely happy with it!

We have a heavy chewing puppy. Every bedding/blanket we have put in her crate she has destroyed. The Gorilla bed is secured to the crate which is key. The outer shell is very durable and cool to her hot body. No seams which can entice her to chew. Very happy.

We felt awful for weeks as our dog was sleeping on the hard plastic but there was nothing we could do as he would immediately chew every blanket. Took a gamble on the gorilla crate pad and I highly doubted it would work as he tears everything soft apart (he is a 20 pound Cavapoo). We have had the bed now for almost 2 months and he absolutely loves it. Has not even been able to make a scratch on it. Dug at it the first week or so but gave up after that. He sleeps like a rock through the night as he would toss around a lot on the plastic bottom he had. Can’t recommend this pad enough.

After tearing 3 crate pads, it looked like like Coby, a 4 month old Border Collie was doomed to sleeping in a hard crate. Gorilla changed all that. He is no longer restless and sleeps like a baby. I’ll never buy anything other than Gorilla. Worth every penny and then some.
