Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

My latest 7 month old great dane has been the best destroyer of crate pads and dog beds that I’ve ever had. He does a combination of digging at the pad and pulling up the corners and chewing on them. This is the first dog bed he hasn’t been able to put a dent in. There are a few faint scratch marks from when he digs, but there are no holes or rips. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone with a dog that loves to tear up crate pads or beds like mine does!

The bed was purchased to replace a Kong crate pad which my dog shredded to pieces. So far the puppy has not chewed through the pad which is certainly a good thing. The one complaint is that it’s very difficult to get the inside insert into the outer shell. But that is really minor when you are buying the pad for the dog’s comfort and for durability.

Our Blue Heeler mix is a power chewer and the Gorilla pad is holding up just fine. The foam in this pad, once fully decompressed, remains very firm and supportive. 10 out of 10!

This German Shepherd has gone through 23 beds in 1.5 years. I tried rip stop beds and other “marketed” indestructible beds that NEVER worked. Then I found the Gorilla Bed and the 4 month chew-proof gaurentee (which is what lured me in). Was it more expensive than other beds, yes. BUT… I had spent $30-60 per bed prior ($30×23=$690)… so really I should have bought this bed over a year ago and saved myself some money. It is waterproof, dig proof, scratch proof, odor proof, and chew proof. I will never buy another brand again! This has been a game changer.

Our Labradoodle puppy started aggressively chewing everything in site at age 6 mos. We’ve tried multiple crate liners only to have him shred them within 5 minutes and then proceed to eat both the bedding material and the stuffing!!! We securely installed your liner per instructions and to our total shock and surprise Jack wasn’t able to do his usual trick of pawing at the pad to lift the corners. He aggressively and I mean aggressively pawed at the mattress but no matter how hard he tried it didn’t budge and after a good 10 minutes of fierce trying he gave up and went to sleep. All this abuse and you couldn’t even see a scratch mark on the mattress. Incredible!!! He’s pawed at it a few times since but nothing like the 1st time. We’ve had it for 5 months now and it is as good as new. We are taking Jack on longer trips now so recently bought another one for his car crate. Thank you sooo much 🐶🐾🐶
