Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

My dog is a very persistent chewer/digger and has either destroyed or tossed around any other beds I’ve had in her crate, rendering them useless. This one is as advertised. It has stayed in place due to the tie downs and doesn’t have a scratch on it, despite her best efforts. It’s also easy to wash off in case of accidents. I haven’t even had to take the cover off yet. Just cleaned up the mess as best as possible with paper towels and then sprayed some nontoxic dog stain cleaner on it and it’s good as new. Definitely worth the money.

My three Saint Bernards, Simon, Miles and Baxter absolutely Love these kennel crate pads, which says a lot since they used to prefer the floor. They use their kennels of their own accord because of these pads! Now I need to get two more, the 42 inch for my Pit mix and Pointer mix, Lucky and Mojo because they like to lay in their big brother’s kennels every chance they get. Durable, indestructable and easy to clean!

Let me clarify my rating, first. I gave 4 stars because my dog has not been left alone with the pad yet, so it has not been fully tested by him. But, for the use it has had, it gets 5 stars. I have a vari-kennel, not wire, and I use a heavy wire grate insert, designed specifically for vari-kennels. The pad is attached to that insert. With my dog standing on it, he can’t pull it up. The pad fit is exact. So far, he hasn’t done anything to the pad. But, I am cowardly at times, and, as yet, have only had him on the pad while I am home. I will try leaving it in the crate when I run to the store for a quick trip, and see if he has a problem. I have a vizsla and they like blankets and such. Some like to shred their bedding and form the shredded pieces into a nest. So, I think making sure he has a blanket to nest with will help him. But, so far, I’m perfectly happy with it.

These beds definitely live up to their billing. Our dog chewed through all his previous beds and crate pads. Finally found this brand and he has finally stopped chewing his crate pad apart. Also like that it can be secured to the crate as he was always pulling his pad out of the crate. Very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
