Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

My puppy managed to tear apart and consume three beds before I found an ad for Gorilla Dog Beds in Pet Talk Magazine. I was intrigued by the guarantee. Several months on, and my fur baby has not chewed even a corner of this new crate pad. I ordered it in his original puppy crate size and I will be ordering another one in a larger size for his new adult-size crate. Exactly as advertised, my Gorilla Dog Bed has wonderfully held up. My 85lb PitBull/Am. Bulldog/Mastiff mix named Zella also answers to the name “Monster”. This is due to the fact that she can and will DESTROY anything left out of place including, but not limited to sprinklers, dead trees, hose nozzles, watering cans, furniture, leather work boots, clothing….the list is endless. My husband will tell you that our “rescue” dog has cost 3x the amount of any purebred just in “damages”, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! Comfy crate pads? She shredded them almost instantly. We gave up on the hope of her being comfortably supported in her crate and resorted to old blankets and towels because she couldn’t help but tear into any type of bed or cushion we provided. Even the blankets and towels would eventually end up in shreds as she “nested” in them and chewed her toys in there on top of them. I came across Gorilla Dog Beds by searching for competitors of another “indestructible” dog bed company. I am SO GLAD that I did! I have been nothing short of impressed with this company from order to delivery and, now that we’ve been using it, DURABILITY! What ultimately sold me on this company was the fact that everything, INCLUDING the mattress material, is made in the USA. Knowing I’m not slowly poisoning my little monster with chemicals gives great peace of mind. We removed the tray from her crate as recommended to secure the pad to the crate wire underneath. The pad fits PERFECTLY!. I have seen her digging in it and she’s been crated every weekday since we’ve installed it. There isn’t even a sign of a scratch or a hole. This product is AMAZING and I would recommend it 100000 times over. If you have your own little monster, heed this review and pay the extra money up front instead of buying (insert number here) cheap beds that will be destroyed. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I have a Rottie who is 18 months old and we have bought several beds and crate bedding for him. We FINALLY have a crate bed that he loves and has not chewed or destroyed. I have attached a photo of one that lasted 4 hours. He now goes in his crate and lays down to go to sleep on his own. What a relief to come home to a bed in tack. I am highly recommended this bed. Just an FYI, I also had to buy him a metal crate liner because he has destroyed 4 of the plastic ones. He has also eaten a couch and love seat, so I am so happy to finally have a success story.

Had our Gorilla crate pad for less than a month; took out crate pan before attaching the pad to the bottom of the crate. Our 2 &1/2 yr old 80 lb. rescue boxer hasn’t chewed it so far. I leave a Kong with him for chewing and don’t leave him more than 3 hr. He chewed every prior crate mat and continues to chew on doormats and toys when loose, but not his Gorilla crate pad.

Excellent product. Well worth the price. My dog loves it and has not managed to destroy it. She is a very heavy chewer and is a 66 pound Pit Bull and has not managed to damage this bed as shed did with other beds we have gave her in the past.
