Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I got this pad because my 12 month old Dalmatian gets very anxious when I leave the house. He has destroyed other pads that I purchased. I gave Gorilla a try especially since they have the best warranty out there. The ties downs that come with pad keep my dog out of the foam. He tried for a while and gave up. The quality and strength of this pad is the best I have seen. Excellent product and highly suggested.

I have large mix breed that am have gone through a handful of crate pads. I was truly about to give up. I decided to search one more time and found Gorilla Dog beds. I called them up and asked what makes their pads better then the rest. The service was excellent and all of my questions got answered. I decided to give it a try. Shipping was fast and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my package. The quality and feel of this fabric was great. I could tell right away that this was something special. I put it in Barts crate and hoped for the best. He tried to destroy it and could not even flip it over because of the special ties these come with. It’s been about a month now and he completely gave up on it. I am amazed and very satisfied. Going for one of the beds next.

I should have got this one first.. The quality is great and the tie downs work well and keep my Lab from flipping the crate pad over. He digs and digs and digs but it still look brand new and holding up perfectly. He got through the other so called “chew proof bed” but not this one. Great product.

I looked around for over a week for a product my dog could not destroy. I chatted with customer service and asked how these were tested. I was very pleased with the answers and also asked if they give military discounts. They Do FYI. All you have to do is ask. I got my crate pad fast and my dog has been tugging and pulling on this thing. To my surprise it is holding up very well. Looks like the last one I will have to buy. Awesome product and awesome company.

My pit destroys everything in his path and is why I have to keep him in a crate when I am not home. I purchased this and my initial thoughts of the product was very high. Excellent materials workmanship and quality. I gave it a go and used the straps which I found out later are very effective. I left to work one morning and crossed my fingers. A couple hours later all of my coworkers got a kick out of watching my dog tear and scratch at his pad through my camera set up. He went at it for about 45 minutes. After that he gave up and slept comfortably the rest of the day. It made him tired. What a way to get a good work out. Very impressed and satisfied. Worth the investment 100%
