Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I have a very destructive Cane Corso pup that has destroyed a few other crate pads from other companies in a matter of minutes. He flips the crate pads in the kennel and goes for the foam right away. It like a game to him. I saw their Gorilla Ballistic video on YouTube and decided to give it a try. I must say that I was very happy when I opened my box. The cover is very well made and the stitching is heavy and will not give for any dog. I was surprised when I saw the straps and said to myself this is exactly what I needed. I put it in his crate and watched him try to flip it over when he could not, he bit at it a few times and eventually gave up after about an hour. Very good product, The foam and liner are top notch also. Thank you finally I won with some help…

Incredible pad. Well made, tough and holding up well to my beast. The tie downs work great and keep my dog from flipping it and it stays in place. Best pad I have seen.

I have two dogs and this is my second crate pad. I Know Gorilla Dog Beds® is a relatively new company and wanted to give one a try first to see how it held up with my rowdy French Bulldog. It has been in his kennel for about 48 days and there is no sign of wear or damage. He bites on it and scratches but has stopped completely and the pad is doing great. Excellent quality and durable as heck Buying my second one today. :)

These are the toughest dog beds on the market FOR SURE. My dog tore apart one I purchased from a big box store and I had to find something better. So I realize that nothing is 100% chew proof. But decided to give this a try after nothing else worked. So far so good it has been 3 weeks and it seems that my dog has given up once he saw that he could not flip it over in the crate. The ties work well and am impressed with he durability and quality of the liner, memory foam and cover.

So I have been looking for a crate pad that my beagle could not destroy. I have been through several in the past and needed something that could stand up to my little destroyer. He tried and tried and gave up. He was used to flipping his crate mats in the past. and getting into the foam. Not this one. the tie straps work well and so when he figured out he could not flip them anymore he gave up and has been enjoying this pad a lot. Great product and much better then anything else out there. Trust me. :)
