Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Our 11 month old Golden Doodle has become quite the destroyer of every indestructible toy or bedding. Her looks are quite deceiving beautiful coloring and angelic face. Her jaws however are quite strong. Her 65 lbs. will knock over my 5’10”, 200lb self and almost topple my 6’6″ 243 lbs very strong husband. She had destroyed all the bedding in her crate and was happy sleeping on its metal floor. I saw your website and thought we’d take a chance on your cushioned mattress. We put it in her crate and she tried mightily to chew it apart and has yet to achieve her goal. We are very pleased with your customer service and quick delivery. Thanks for being so successful. I have tried other “chew proof” crate pads that my dog ripped through within a matter of minutes. This is the only bed he hasn’t been able to destroy. Right out of the box you can tell how superior the quality is, but I think the best part is the tie down straps. Because of my paranoia and the amount of money I’ve gone through trying to find my boy a bed, I did buy some heavy duty zip ties that I use instead of the straps it came with, but they work perfectly! Highly recommend.

Wish we found this sooner! We adopted a rescue pup beginning of Aug. Mix of beagle, coon hound, and we think something else. We’ve gone through 3 dog beds in 2 months. I began searching….there has to be a product somewhere that will last longer! It didn’t take me very long until I found Gorilla dog. I did hesitate for a couple days over the price but, they had a 125 day guarantee, so I went ahead and ordered. Wow! They weren’t kidding on durability! It was tested the first night. We were unexpectedly delayed a half hour getting home and pup had had a very messy incident. I had forgotten how the heartworm pill reacts within 24 hours… What a mess! We followed the directions to washing the cover and liner. Came out great! And almost three weeks later he has not chewed through or dug into this bed! There’s no excessive over padding, which helps that he cannot get a good grip to work on. Also, we didn’t put the removable straps on as we have a plastic crate, not the wire cage type, so the pad just sits on the bottom of the crate. We are mighty impressed with our Gorilla dog bed!
