Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Our 80 pound Labrador puppy chewed and destroyed every crate pad she came in contact with. Replacing her crate pad multiple times was getting expensive! We decided to invest in the gorilla ballistic crate pad and were pleasantly surprised that it has remained intact to this day! It is well worth the investment!

My two dogs love the beds!! I have two purebred Aussies and the older of the 2 is 10 months old, and he has destroyed multiple beds and crate pads. However, the crate pad from here is still attached to the crate and they love them!!

Hi, just wanted to share an update from the review I wrote on 01/02/2020. Norman still has a completely intact (and perfectly lovely) crate pad to sleep on. Two of the corners show signs of attempted destruction but not even one threads are torn. I have ordered my second pad for his heavy duty wire crate at the lake and it is being put to the test this weekend. Definitely worth the money and a very high quality product. FYI Norman has chewed thru several indestructible toys so that we no longer get free replacements. Thank You Gorilla Beds!

This pad is the only thing to last more than a month in my Cane Corso’s crate. It’s tough, looks good, and seems to be comfortable for her. She enjoys laying in her crate with it inside. I believe the straps to hold down the corners and sides have also been a huge part of deterring her from chewing. Great product.
