Orthopedic Mattress Options
Gorilla Ballistic Orthopedic dog beds are composed of an all-American high-quality certified mattress. We use different densities by size to support the weight of any dog. All of our Orthopedic dog beds feature CoolTek™ technology that keeps your dog cool and allows air to pass through. We offer two mattress choices in our orthopedic line of beds. The first option is a 5″ tall, high-quality, and dense orthopedic mattress. The second option is our memory foam mattress which is composed of a dense 4″ tall base that is then bonded to a 1″ tall high-end memory foam. Our patented CoolTek™ gel infused memory foam mattress conforms to your dog’s shape, minimizes pressure on joints, helps circulation, and cradles your dog for ultimate comfort and sleep quality. Our CoolTek™ gel keeps your dog cool and comfortable. Both mattresses are extremely comfortable, supportive, and durable and carry a lifetime won’t flatten guarantee.

Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog to ensure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended. Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I bought 2 for my grand puppies (Standard poodles). One dog is a chewer and has destroyed even the most expensive bed my daughter bought. So far he has not been able to make a hole in this fabric. However, the other dog is not a fan of the material and is afraid to use it unless someone is sitting with him as it has a scratchy sound. I think it’s a great product for dogs that chew. If I could have bought something different for the other dog it would have been perfect. But the chewer would have destroyed it. Guess you can’t have chew resistant and plush in the same bed. I would definitely recommend it for dogs that chew.

This is our 2nd Gorilla Dog Bed. We have the XL and a large and they are tough as hell. We have a 50 lb mixed breed that loves to dig and these beds withstand his incessant desire to dig his bed. Our 100 lb Rott just loves the orthopedic bed and lays sprawled out- Great beds and we have had the first one for about a year with no problems. Great Job again. Gorilla Dog Beds.

The orthopaedic medium mattress was too short and the replacement large mattress is too wide..oh well. I just needed the size my kennel mattress came in which is (large 28 x 42) perfect. Now that I see how the kennel mattress compares with the full size bed I think I would have bought the kennel mattress for my other location instead of the full size bed. My sheep dogs sleep in my workshop and can come inside in during the day. Feel like temp in Mississippi this year has been 100+ But thanks for the high quality mattress. Makes anything less useless since my dogs claws and teeth can shred any other mattress.

What a difference! My 60 lb pitbull has surgeries on her knees and this bed has been amazing throughout her recovery. She does not chew but is very rough on here bedding and is why I purchased the Gorilla Ballistic Orthopedic dog bed. The Gorilla Ballistic Orthopedic Dog bed is a great mattress with very well-made removable cover. It’s just as described online! So far, we’re enjoying it more than our dog! We like to flop on it in front of the TV. It’s very comfortable! Perhaps it’s the hot weather, but our dog has only laid in it a few times in the 2 weeks we’ve had it. Perhaps that’ll change when the weather cools.

My latest Great Dane pup is by far the most insanely destructive Dane I’ve ever had, and I’ve been in Danes for 20 years. We’ve been through five different beds, and even an emergency surgery when he ate the original queen mattress I used to use for my dogs. Though we’ve only had it for a month, I’m happy to report that the Gorilla bed is not only still intact, but hasn’t suffered even a single hole or scratch. The big test came today when I had to leave him alone for 11 hours straight, and the bed made it! Also, it’s a really deep, firm bed, so I expect it to hold up for a very long time if it can survive this puppy.
