Gorilla Ballistic Orthopedic dog beds are composed of an all-American high-quality certified mattress. We use different densities by size to support the weight of any dog. All of our Orthopedic dog beds feature CoolTek™ technology that keeps your dog cool and allows air to pass through. We offer two mattress choices in our orthopedic line of beds. The first option is a 5″ tall, high-quality, and dense orthopedic mattress. The second option is our memory foam mattress which is composed of a dense 4″ tall base that is then bonded to a 1″ tall high-end memory foam. Our patented CoolTek™ gel infused memory foam mattress conforms to your dog’s shape, minimizes pressure on joints, helps circulation, and cradles your dog for ultimate comfort and sleep quality. Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended. Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.

Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Our 150 lb. Rhodesian Ridgeback seems to like his new bed…and apparently, so does I our 9 month old, 95 lb. Rhodie! They have been taking turns on it and the only problem we see is that it slides a lot on tile floors. The “pup” is a chewer. So, we’ll see who wins…the Rhodie or the Gorilla!!!

We have two, under a year old, Boston Terrier puppies (or Boston Terrorists depending on the day) that have gone through 4 dog beds so far. Ever since I got the Gorilla Beds for them, they seem to have met their match. No more coming home to pieces of brand new beds strewn across the kitchen floor in small furry and foamy pieces. The beds have stood up to them this last month or so after receiving them. 100% worth the money. Now if you come up with how to keep them from pulling out a kitchen chair, climbing on the dining room table and eating the roll of paper towels, that would be awesome, but we still love them!

Our dog destroyed (within 2 days) every bed he had since we got him 20 months ago. We then tried the Gorilla bed (out of a combination of desperation and product warranty). We are now two and a half weeks in, our dog loves his Gorilla bed and it has lasted two weeks longer than any other bed. We are hopeful of NOT needing the warranty.

I bought two beds for our 2 black lab pups. They are rather high strung and bite everything. Of course when we gave them the beds, they started chewing on them, but they are holding up! The covers were initially missing, but a quick e-mail and they e delivered an just a few days. Wow a company that’s interested in customer service. Check back in 6 months and I can give you a durability review

Groothor’s round bed has been dug into, dragged around and chewed on but still 100% intact! So it passes that test. This from a Cane Corso who demolishes traditional beds in minutes. However all is not perfection. The foam is too firm. I’d call it almost hard. Groothor doesn’t like laying on it. And since he can neither sleep on it or destroy it, he just ignores it. If you folks have a selection of replacement foam more like the egg crate stuff in cheaper beds, Groothor would like to have that instead. I did throw a blanket on top to soften things up but, you guessed it. Blanket is in shreds all over the lawn. Bed is pristine. Gotta love it.

My boy Zeus is a European Doberman. He has destroyed everything he has ever had as a bed. He’s been quite the chewer with his razor-sharp teeth. Previously, we bought him a very large high end company round bed. It did have a removable cloth cover that I was able to wash. It had rips and chew spots and became quite unsightly. They didn’t have extra covers for the bed, which I later found out I would need. He is 3 now and for his birthday we decided to get him a new bed. I did a lot of research prior to making this purchase. We bought with it an extra cover. I waited to leave a review. I have changed covers and washed the dirty one. The cover washed wonderfully! He weighs 98 lbs, so I was adamant about finding a bed on which he didn’t sink down to the floor in. This fits the bill! The top is soft enough with an even stronger bottom. He loves it. It’s also an attractive bed, so I don’t mind company seeing it. Its cover fits taut enough that I can even run over it with the vacuum between washings. I could go on and on about this bed. It is rough and its ruggedness suits my boy superbly!
