Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Our 15 week old Springer pup has tried to tear this bed apart but had no success. She get frustrated and just lays on it. Good product.

My teething lab puppy was destroying her beds the minute she got them. I was getting so frustrated buying bed after bed that I started to just give her a towel. Thank goodness for these beds because now she is comfortable and not able to destroy her bed! I recommend these beds to anyone that is sick of buying beds only for their dogs to destroy.

Our Great Dane puppy did chew a hole in one corner, which was a bummer! Overall great bed, Luna had two accidents after her vaccinations and it cleaned up very well! A little hard to get off, but you need that with an aggressive chewer.

This pad is doing such a good job in my Labrador puppy’s kennel, I got a second one for a travel kennel. I need a pad that can withstand puppy teeth and digging while also being easy to clean. This pad does it all. Kind of expensive, but worth the price.

Fantastic bed as described. If your crate is plastic, do drill holes for the tiedown straps or switch to a metal wireframe crate. Our pup managed to flip the bed over and chew open the velcro area on the bottom so it’s very important to tie it down. Great product and service.

I had bought two beds/crate pads previously and mu Bullmastiff ate them both. I’m not sure why but he never has even began to chew on this pad. As soon as I put it in his crate he went he went in and was instantly attached to it. I had to offer a treat to get him out of crate.

Everything else we tried, he ate. This is the first crate pad that has worked for him. The corners strap down from the bottom so he can’t get to the straps and the pad itself is super tough so he doesn’t bother trying to get to the corners. Nice job on the design, he finally has a cushy bed that he loves in his crate!
