Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Our 9 month old Lab has chewed up every bed, pillow, and blanket she has ever had. She’s had the Gorilla Ballistic bed for the last month. It’s still in one piece with no tears or one single chew mark, despite her best efforts. It’s worth every penny!

My Doberman puppy has become an aggressive chewer and was chewing up every bed, kennel pad and blanket I put in her kennel. The last two, she chewed up before I could even getting out the door. I was a bit concerned she would still be able to chew this gorilla one, because she has a plastic kennel so no bottom try to strap it to. However, the pad is very stiff so she can’t pull it up and chew on it. It’s does still provide a lot of support and cushion despite the stiffness. She had attempted to chew on the edges but it has held up so far. While the cover is durable, I attribute half the great design to the lack of my dogs ability to pull the bed up and fold it over. Definitely a great kennel pad after I wasted more money than I care to admit on various other brands before I found gorilla beds.

I was a little disappointed that it took 11 days to be delivered after ordering however, they explained it was made to order. Understood. Besides, we have been spoiled with quick delivery with Amazon and expect it with everyone. Not fair to the little and not so little guys…Now for the most important part: The bed is VERY nice, seems quite comfortable and durable. My puppy definitely likes it.( So do the cats when the pup is away! It must be comfy! ;) ) Customer service is also VERY good. I had an issue with the zipper getting stuck and they sent a new casing right away. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with my purchase…BTW The ” coyote” color is so unique….A very attractive/ neutral color. I love it. Thank you Gorilla beds for an outstanding experience!

I have not wanted to comment too soon. I’m one month in, and so far this bed has been through a lot of pitbull puppy madness unleashed upon it. And survived. Still looks brand new.

I have purchased a new bed every year for my dog and he has proceeded to chew it up within a week or less. Most beds are a total waste of money. My dog has had this bed for a month or more… With no signs of him chewing on it at all. He loves it… he’s an outdoor dog it stays outside with him.. water beads up and rolls off. Whenever he is sleeping outside he is on it. I would love to get one for the front porch the back porch and everywhere else. Probably will buy another one! Highly recommend it!
