Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

The solid colored ballistic tough orthopedic dog crate pad is a very well constructed bed. The foam is sturdy. I recommend this crate pad, just not for heavy chewers.

We are Labrador owners. For those that have labs they will understand – for those that aren’t lab owners here is some insight into our world. Labs always have to have something in their mouths from socks and sticks to my wife’s favorite sunglasses. Labs are notorious chewers and thus starts my review. We have a young English lab that has chewed up and either ate or spit out any type of bed that we would put into her crate (size 42″ x 29″). We tried every type of bedding that we could think of with zero success – until we found the Gorilla Tough Orthopedic Pad. This pad has been a live saver! From the material to the tie downs our youngest pup has given it her best to make it “her own” and the pad has shown her who is boss. We combined the pad with a metal tray underneath (she chewed up three plastic trays. Metal replacement tray/pan for dog crate was purchased on Amazon), and I believe we have found the holy grail of bedding solutions. Thank you, Gorilla Dog Beds – keep up the fantastic work!

I recently purchased Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad. We have only had it for a couple of weeks. My Belgian Malinios loves it! We haven’t experienced any issues with it. It does a great job of supporting her body weight and does not decompress or flaten. The Fabric is comfortable and yet durable. I would recommend this product!
